Ordered a pizza yesterday night. It is now the next morning and the pizza never came and I was charged the full amount. The app still says they are preparing the pizza. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone, called NUMEROUS times. Looks like we will have to drive to the actual location for a refund. Based on the reviews of this place, this seems like it happens to many people. Ridiculous. How is this place still operating.
We waited 2 hours and never got pizza. Ordered online for delivery. The app said it should be delivered within 40 minutes of ordering. After waiting an hour, we logged into the tracker and it said the pizza wasn’t even in the oven. After waiting another hour, it was out for delivery, but never showed. I was able to call and cancel my order.
Worst experience ever! Run, don’t walk away from this franchise on Hilton Head. Pizza stone cold upon delivery. Impossible to contact by telephone if you have a problem with your order.
We never received our order and it said driver no driver took 40.00 out of my daughter account don’t have to worry about us ordering from Dominos again
Ordered online and when I got home and opened my pasta it looked like this.. very disappointing
Absolutely horrible service. Took over 2 hrs and they brought the wrong food and it was cold and as hard as the pizza box. No one will answer their phone either. I do not recommend this facility.
As far as dominos go, this is a pretty good one.
No surprise. They already are at 2.4. We were careless enough to order without checking reviews. Took us for 50 bucks and never got a pizza. This place should be shut down and prevented from robbing more folks. I get it. Covid. Staffing. Supply chain. But none of these force you to take an order you can't fill. Pathetic. Go out of business so those who take money and deliver on the promise can get the orders.
Those made some good tasting pizza. They were short staffed so we had a little wait. But great food.
Order a pizza for carry out and when I get there 4 minutes later they're closed with a sign on the door that says they closed at 8p. I ordered around 11p. They did take my money though.
