Friendlier service than usual. Food was good, too.
So I kept giving this place another chance since they are now the only BK in the area, but yesterday was the last time. I know the moz sticks were from the day before, all the food was cold, no napkin, no receipt, no sauces until I asked, no Coca cola products, only sweet tea or apple juice. Previously I had the one guy working make his own onion rings by breading an onion intended for the burgers, tiny bit of breaded onion in the bottom of the container, still charged almost $5 for a full size onion ring order. Often closed or won't answer during business hours even though they are inside, often one employee working by himself, food is cold and bad. What exactly do they have to do to be shut down by corporate? These same reviews go on for years.
I cannot believe the rudeness. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. People were pulling out and leaving. I said hello several times. The woman that answered said “I’m running the front counter and the drive thru, if you don’t have patience then come inside”. Needless to say myself and 3 other cars left. This woman should be fired and this franchise should be taken away. Giving Burger King a horrible reputation in the low country.
This is the best place to eat at ppl don’t understand what the coworkers managers and bosses go through every day working for bk people have to understand that we’re human too and we make mistakes too I know that we sometimes make mistakes all the time but hopefully this year that all changes and we all come together a. Horrible experience every single time. No staff! Long wait orders! Cold food! How do you wait in DT for 25mins with 1 Car in front and STILL MANAGE TO SERVE COLD NON FRESH FOOD! Close this location immediately or under go new management! This has been like this for YEARS!! HHI should be ASHAMED! The one and only burger king and its POOR Quality!!!!

Google needs to implement a zero star system because this store is all sorts of wonky! The girl in the window referred to my family as “stupid white people” as we were having difficulty understanding the young lady on the speaker. How is my family stupid because your equipment is faulty? I will be taking this to corporate as well as reporting this establishment to OSHA. FYI Hilton head island is very diverse, I recommend a workshop for your prejudice staff.

One lady working the whole restaurant by herself is unacceptable! Poor woman was overwhelmed! I waited 15 minutes before pulling off. This place needs to be staffed.
