If I could rate the service and food separately then I would, but the service was so awful I rate this a 1 star. We were seated on the patio and the bartenders are the waiters, an awful design flaw.We waited over 10 minutes just to order our drinks, with the tables sat after us getting their drinks delivered before we got to place what we wanted. Then we waited another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive (1 water, 1 beer bottle, and 1 cold -not frozen margarita). We never got asked about refills or if we needed anything else during our visit.Thankfully I ordered an appetizer because my entree took over 30 minutes to show up. That being 20 minutes after the other people I was with got their food. We had to ask 4 separate people (not even our bartender waitress who didn't come to check on us one time) what the status of my food was. When it finally came, it was wrong but I didn't turn it back because God knows how long that would have taken. The food here is great (if you are willing to wait nearly an hour after arriving to eat). The wait and service staff are abysmal at best.

If you're looking for great Mexican food on the island, this is not it! I called to check on reservations and was told they don't make them after 4 o'clock but there was no wait. I arrived 5 minutes later to be told there was an hour wait. I was very polite letting the manager know she should probably let the person answering the phones know that there is a wait. She was very rude and just walked off. We waited the hour.... but at 45 minutes I checked in to see if we were close when the manager stepped in and said that I still had 15 minutes. Finally we were seated in the very back. After ordering it took another hour to get our food and the order was wrong. Then we had wait even longer just to get silverware. The waiter was very friendly but didn't understand English very well. The food was just meh at best and overpriced. I rarely complain, but thought I should share this one to save others the trouble we experienced.

We are visiting Hilton Head and came across this amazing restaurant! I ordered the Steakhouse and Easy Street taco and both tacos were delicious! I also shared the grilled wings which come with a sweet buffalo sauce. The food also came out quickly. Overall a great Mexican restaurant!

They have delicious food! They're a little short staffed like everyone else but we were taken care of very well! Burrito bowl was delicious and everyone else in our party complimented their food as well. Portions were pleasantly surprising and everyone had leftovers. Would absolutely recommend and will eat there when we go back!

We stopped coming to Aunt Chiladas for a year given the fact the bartenders were miserable. We liked sitting at the bar but started noticing the bartenders never gave out the happy hour coins and looked like they hated their job. That annoyed us! Why are we asking for the happy hour coins? Ummm? We thankfully came back after a year and sweet little Star waited on us. She was a breathe of fresh air needed in that place. She definitely a keeper!

Easy Mexican food. Outside seating, great margaritas and live singing. Happy hour was $1 off margaritas too. Our server was training someone so not sure if that’s why service was a little disjointed but food was awesome and huge portions. Overall great experience as always. I will note— since last year their menu is scaled down tremendously: kids menu still about the same but some fav entrees are gone.

This place had been recommended and it did not live up to our expectations (which weren't high). The salsa was super spicy, all the food was just mediocre and the live music was terrible (seemed to be homeless or on drugs or both). The wait staff was good, the guy who brought our food though was not great. If you have a choice...choose somewhere else!

Best taco salad ever! We sat on the deck and enjoyed the chips and cheese appetizer and peach margaritas (these melted quickly and were ok) Friends ordered tacos ala carte and they said it was good I ordered the taco salad and upgraded from taco meat to steak(only $2 more!) / it presented beautifully (sorry didn’t take a pic) and every bite was delicious - steak cooked to perfection and the toppings and dressing were great Service was very slow as we’re finding at most places these days I’ll for sure be returning for the taco salad!

We got here just about closing time (kitchen) and we were starving from flying all day, our server was the sweetest. She made sure our food order was in on time and we were fed very well. Good drinks cool outdoor atmosphere and the sweetest waitress.

Our family visited Aunt Chiladas Easy Street Cafe on a weekend night during our trip to Hilton Head. We waited around 45 minutes to be seated outside on the patio. Live music was playing as well as a magician that went around to various tables. He came to ours and did several very impressive card tricks. The restaurant seemed a bit short staffed as our waitress was assigned to every table on the patio and we waited a long time to order initially which delayed our food and waited awhile after we had eaten to be given the check. The patio was a pleasant place to spend the time though and once the food arrived it was very good. I had the Ultimate Chimi which was great and a lot of food. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Aunt Chiladas in Hilton Head.
