Awesome food and margaritas… worth every penny;)
Tucked away in a small shopping center behind the the Sandbox in Hilton Head was a great little find. The nachos were excellent and the burrito was massive! Great portions and great taste. Will definitely be back!

This place is an institution! The BBQ Chicken salad is legendary as are the margs! Chips come to you fresh and HOT with salsa that you'll be craving for days. We love that we can bring our pup for patio dining and how chill the whole scene is there.
We picked this place based on its high rating but we found that it was nothing outstanding. Chips were ok. Salsa seemed like it was out of a jar. Killer Burrito was too large and filled with rice and black beans very little meat) and not very tasty. Other meals were so so. Margaritas were very good though.
Portions are very generous. Service/family that runs it were nice. I wasn't sure on which salsa/dips to choose, so they gave me a sample of them all.
Great place for brunch... Outdoor seating has a nice vibe!Caution: they have a huge portion size :-p
Amigos was a good Mexican restaurant, but not the best I've ever been to. We had a 30 minute wait time, which was understandable since it is a small place.They did not give us any chips or salsa, or any water. We sat at the table and we were asked to order. At least give us some cups of water, it shouldn't be required to request the waiters for water, as it should be provided as soon as you sit down.Food was decent. Tacos were small, but soggy and the guacamole was good but had no salt. The burritos are massive - one burrito is more than enough for a meal! However, my burrito had 80% rice, which didn't seem right. There needs to be a mixture of all ingredients. Quesadilla and tortillas were good.One of our group members requested a fajita without chicken, however, the waiters brought the fajita with chicken in it. Be aware that they might not listen to all of your requests. They need to do better for that part.Overall the place was decent, good food but could be better.
It’s not well known and it’s not a huge space, but it will surprise you! Good food with great flavor and not expensive. Definitely a place to try and return to.
