15 minutes in the drive thru, out of sweet and spicy sauce. Got a burnt piece of toast and unsweetened tea instead of sweet.
This is convenient only since leave down the road from here the only downside is when close up early you have no notice that are closed early and I rely of this place as since I work some nights at publix until 8pm and they close right when I am getting off from work most nights when I work until 8 my parents have already eaten and I have to then get take out from somewhere else when Zaxbys is closed
I can always count on their fries. Nice and hot and seasoned.
I was in line behind my friend with her kid she was trying to get her kid food and was one penny short the lady in the Drive-Thru was turned away I just called up there to get the number to corporate they refused to give it to me but I got it anyway and I will be sending their names and the date and time of the incident to corporate if they don't fix people like this this world will never be a better place who turns around a lady trying to feed her child over a f****** penny really disgusting I will never eat at the store ever again it is not child-friendly
I'll drive a little further just to go to this Zaxbys! The staff is top-notch & my food is ready quickly!

Foods always yummy. The staff is mostly professional and pleasant enough. You will have the occasional person over the intercom that sounds like they hate the world but it's rare. If you order extra sauces check if they are in the bag.bwe are always missing at least one. Sometimes we end up with a bunch of one we didn't need. Overall quality, staff, and consistency get a 8.5 to 9/10
