I would ever so often go to zaxbys and I was going to go today until I saw what the prices were. It is ridiculous on how much they are price gouging for chicken. And yet people still go here and pay that much for something that costs half to make it at home. These people should not be allowed to price gouge like this. What do they think we are, rich people? Eve if I was rich I wouldn't pay this much for a 6 chicken finger plate. I'd sooner go to KFC or Popeyes if I want to pay that much.
Like this place and the service is always fast the food is good and I love love love the Zaxby's sauce. And the kids love the food as much as i do good place

I’ve literally been to this Zaxby’s a million times and my order has only been correct ONCE ! They messed the order up all the time . Today I ordered a Nibblers meal I open it and I had no chicken in my nibblers just bread no sauce and no chicken … like how !?
I placed an online order due to having Covid. Had my sister pick it up, they didn’t have my drink or the two extra BBQ sauces like asked for. It’s clearly stated on the receipt stapled to the bag.
Good quality chicken in many different styles. Took a bit to find online menu for first timers. But easy to order and drive thru, very good quality for the price
Handed off cold food that someone ordered and didn't pay for. The least they could do was make sure the sauce was right but nah. Just someone else's cold bbq BS

I placed and online order thru the app and the app says to come to the dining room to pick up the order. They closed the dining at 3 today due to being short staffed. I now have to wait in a line of cars atleast 15 cars deep to get my food. My order was place and suppose to be ready at 615. We will see what time I get my food. Got my food at 650. I am not happy about this. I will not be back. Also do not advertise open dining room when it is closed nor get faster service by ordering online when you are suppose to pick up inside and are made to wait in drive thru line. There were 5 employees standing around chit chatting at the pickup window so there were enough employees to have the dining room open to atleast let pick up orders pick up for quicker service.
The person at the window was super friendly. It totally made up for several wing flavors not being available
