Worst management ever. An older female manager decided after I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line and placed my order online an hour ahead that she was closing once I got to the speaker. Even after showing my paid online order from an hour prior she screamed we're closed and closed the window. This should be an immediate termination but im sure she is still there. It is 1134pm now, both google, the wendys app and their door signage says they are open. All lights are off, and everyone in the drive thru line waiting is making a mass exodus to cook out where at least they dont pick and choose their hours of operations. Arguably the most trash wendys ever. Stay away. If you come here at night just drive past it and go to Spinx.
where do I start, in the drive thru they could barely hear us and made us repeat everything. Once at the window we were given a completely wrong order, then when we told them they just smiled and took it back. then we were given "our" order, which was still wrong, had a conversation that went no where with the lady at the window about how we ordered 4 burgers, and she claimed we ordered 3 and one of them a double burger (we saw she screen at the drive thru which showed 4 burgers) then she asked for a person in the back to give her a random burger, an even then, after getting the order wrong twice, they did it again, 3 of the 4 burgers were wrong.
Bought Dinner for three this evening at Wendy's in Greer, S.C. Three Salads and Three Baked Potatoes. I got home, ALL 3 BAKED POTATOES WERE BROWN INSIDE! The entire inside of all 3 potatoes were Brown, "Gummy" and could not be eaten. Since they are Sliced before Selling, the Employee's should NEVER SOLD THEM! My entire Bill was $35.35. I have called multiple times getting this message: "The mailbox you are trying to reach has not been set up yet", Really? This is a Business! Corporate is unavailable after hours.I have Picture's but Unable to Post with this review!
This place sucks. While sometimes they can be consistent, overall they are not good and the workers really don’t care. I’m not one to complain much as I always give good detailed reviews but this location should have management (and not the manager I see working nights) takeover and re-teach how to provide customer service to customers. From ordering to receiving food their staff struggle to have any personality.
Worst customer service ever. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes to pick up a door dash order. The girl at the speaker asked for the initials of the order an then told me to pull around. Get to the window just for the lady to say I never even talked to them an refused to give me the order. Do better Wendy’s smh
Quick and hot fries, drive through lady is super nice always tells you thank you for coming and have a nice day. I stop by here all the time for lunch while working in the area
There food is always fresh cookies always good to have one with your order I enjoy their Sugar Cookies ?
I ordered a taco salad and didn't check my order .when I got home I discovered they had not given me the chili..I tried calling several times but no answer so I ended up driving all the way back just to have to wait a long time in drive through because the inside dining is closed because they don't have enough employees..just to get my chili without a real heartfelt apology..I will never go there again
This is the best fast food fries...Don't go anywhere else.They're crisp, hot and don't want to share delicious...Just warning you now, buy 2 you can share
