Apparently they aren’t selling the pizzas anymore. They said it was a limited time offer. Yet all the other Taco Bell’s are still selling them. This Taco Bell either doesn’t have what you want or you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes to order anything. Hire some people and replace the management finally!!!! It’s ridiculous that every other fast food establishment can function just fine but this one can’t do the basics. On top of being out of everything, waiting a long time, I don’t think I’ve ever seen any good customer service from anyone. Not coming back. I’ll drive further and have better experience.
My husband and I stopped patronizing this restaurant for various reasons however the main concern has always been food quality. This particular night we were unsure if Wendy's were open and decided to give this place another chance. The line was long which I don't mind I'm not an impatient person and I understand especially late at night the wait times are usually higher. After ordering and once we reached the order window there was no greeting of any kind just a repeat of our order with price and an outstretched hand. While we waited my husband pointed out the condition of the drive-thru drink dispenser had mold around the spigot. We both said a silent prayer of thanks that our order did not include a drink. Once we were home and able to inspect the food further we were highly disappointed. All the taco shells were broken around the edges and looked old. The lettuce had begun to turn and had brown pieces. The burritos were in no better condition because they were wrapped and looked well enough. However, they were the worst as my husband and I became ill immediately after consuming. This is our very last trip to this location thank you no thanks.
Waited trapped in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to find out the criteria was down and they had no sodas and we can only order at the window, then spent another 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru (because there’s a curb preventing you from leaving) before I was finally able to get out and go across to sonic. Thanks for wastigg no half an hour of my life
really nice cashier but Sierra mist didn't work and the entire lobby except one table and the stool table was available because a meeting for employees they should hold that elsewhere so can have quiet place to eat at
Says they close at 3, but it’s a literal toss up if they’re gonna be open after 11. Just waited in line for 35 minutes to get to the speaker and have them tell me at 12:20 that they’re now closed. Food is fine if you actually get it and I used to come here all the time without fail but it’s gotten way worse
I don’t understand how hard it is to follow directions when it comes to making food. I am a security officer and I can’t leave to go get food so yeah this was a mobile order but you can still see where it has what I didn’t want on it. Never again
Staff is really friendly but my order is missing a couple things. It just makes it hard to get it fixed or anything because the dt is so long. The food I did recipe however is really good.
March 23, 2022: I ordered the Nacho Fries Box. The entire meal just wasn't very good. It was Rush Hour and the burrito wrap and the soft taco wrap, which should have been browned on the grill, wasn't (so they were raw). And the cheese on both wasn't melted, which means I was served a cold burrito and taco. I should have returned it, but I felt since I had eaten all the fries first, and had taken 2 bites from the burrito, that it was "mine".Also, I see you've finally learned how to allow your Kiosks to allow cash paying customers to order at the Kiosks. But why can't I also pay at the Kiosk, instead of having to then "Proceed to the counter to pay in cash"? I can purchase a candy bar or a can of soda from a machine using cash, so why can't I pay for my Taco Bell meal at the Kiosk using cash?And when I finally caught someone's attention to pay, they were rude to me. I've had problems with this location before, and from the looks of your Review Score (3.4 out of 5), so have a lot of other people.There are numerous other places to eat within a half mile in either direction of this location.
Food was very fresh but they did kinda take forever only to make Crunchwrap Supreme that had pretty much no beef in it at all. Friend ordered at the same time and there's was the same
Took 20 minutes for them to start making my online order after I came into the store. Guy at the counter was using the register and picking up money on the floor and then helping prep food all with the same gloves without changing them. Very unsanitary. Very slow. Not worth it.
