I like to pack my lunch as much as I can. But sometimes I just don't have it in me or I ran out of time. On those days I often find myself at the Subway on highway 101 at 85.When I say those people have their act together, I mean it. It's a bunch of young women who work together seamlessly. And with all the industry around that area, they are slammed at lunch everyday. It doesn't even look like they break a sweat. When they need assistance from a coworker, they call out and ask for a friend to come help.With the labor market the way it is and customer service decreasing, this place is a shining spot. It is always super clean, too.
Just picked up Order#C5C882D0-C7 and it is completely wrong.Paid extra for pepperoni and there is NONE on the sub, wrong cheese on the sub as well. No other customers were there when I picked up my so why is it wrong??? Wasted $11.33 Tried to call the store like 5 times...no answer.Great customer service.

How does it make sense to make walk in orders before online orders. So everyone who ordered online is just waiting as more and more people walk in. I ordered an hour ago. People are walking in getting their sandwiches in five min. And I can’t even cancel my order
Staff said I had to ask for lettuce and tomato on a blt. Gave me a salt and pepper olive onion sandwich, refused to remake it, only would add the tomato and lettuce to my already bit sandwich. Rude and rolled eyes when my husband was extra diligent about my dairy allergy, I have to carry an epi, it's not lactose intolerance. ? Will never go to this Subway again. Even manager rude.
