If I could put zero stars I would. I placed and online order that my husband picked up for me. We live 30 mins away so when I noticed the avocado I ordered (that cost extra) was not on my sub I called the store and had and EXTREMELY rude lady tell me she couldn't help me and to call back later. I called back and got who I was told was the night manager and he gave me the owners number (Rose) who I called and spoke with. She was actually very nice on the phone and actually offered to have a new sub made for me that had avocado on it the next day. She said she'd leave my name at the checkout desk with that information on it. My husband went by the next day and was YELLED at by the older lady that worked there, that screamed at him and told him she wasn't making him a free sub and that Rose didn't say anything to them. I called Rose again she sent me to voicemail. I left a message and never heard anything back.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in this subway.

I have worked nearby this Subway for years, and have picked up through the drive thru many times. I've noticed the manager's poor customer service and curt/rude way of dealing with people again and again, and often felt bad for the employees having to work in that environment. However, because of the convenience factor, I've continued to eat here on occasion, because I thought of it as a healthier option. After today though... I'm done. I went through the drive thru and waited about five minutes with no one coming on the speaker, so I drove around to the window. Didn't think that was a big deal, figured they were just busy. When I got to the window, I ordered a Cali wrap. They didn't ask if I wanted a six-inch or footlong, they just went ahead and made a footlong, I guess. I realized while waiting that I didn't have my card with me, but I did have $8.00 in cash, which I figured would be enough. Y'all, they wanted $13 for a wrap. I told the cashier I only had $8. I asked him if I should just leave, or could the manager work something out? The cashier spoke to the manager and came back to say there was nothing he could do. I know it wasn't his fault, and that he was just following orders. But I mean... I would've taken just a six-inch? There's nothing you can do to keep a customer? Well, I hate to say it, but I don't think I can eat here again, especially after all the other awful reviews I just read. There's nothing I can do. ??‍♀️

Consistently excellent in both their service and their food

There are 2 subways that I've been to that are literally the nastiest and the most rude and obnoxious employees ever. This is one of them. If you can't live without subway then you'll just have to suffer. Otherwise, make your own sandwich

Got a cheesesteak sub tonight it barely had any meat not happy at all

Honestly I am very disgusted with this establishment and the owner Rosemarie Sleiman! She allowed an employee to make my sandwich WITHOUT a mask on - the worst part the employee kept coughing while making the sandwich!!!! Wtw?! When I asked for a refund she refused and asked that I leave. Seriously?! Don't eat here people, there are plenty other subways and even better sandwich shops worth the money and further drive.

I would not recommend. Poor customer service received when asked that the associate wear a mask while making a sandwich. Owner refused to refund money and wouldn't allow the worker wearing a mask to make sandwich after it was already paid for. Not polite at all.

The young lady at the window calls the owner on the phn and the owner asks to speak with me.. Rosemarie Sleiman…She said if I came back tomorrow that she’d refund me. I told her no, I needed to be refunded immediately.. She then tells me that she refuses to give me my money. I called the police.. Then here comes the lady driving up before the police gets there.. She drove around n kept going.. When the police gets there she comes back n try to talk to them before I do.. The police comes to talk to me and tell me it’s a civil suit and they can’t make her return my money (I never took the food)… I asked the young lady who WAS wearing a mask to remake my sandwich.. The owner instructed her not to… She then files a no trespassing order against me.. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! SHARE SHARE SHARE!!!!RIDICULOUS!!!!Leave a review for me on Google!!!

Horrible service. Me n my mom went and the worker fixing our food had no mask on. We asked to refund the food and they called the owners wife which said no to the refund. She said over the phone that we could come a day later and claim it then, we said no and she then proceeds to say she was calling the police and that we werent getting our refund. Speed up through time the police gets there and she soon files for no trespassing and ends up not even giving us our refund. !!DO NOT BUY AND EAT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! and when you have a complaint call corporate because they call the owners wife which she is very rude, nasty and is not fair while corp. wont play.

Absolutely horrible. Very rude. Put a small amount of the toppings on my sandwich and when I asked for some more they said that there would be a charge. For example, I asked for cucumbers and they only gave me two slices and when I asked for a few more slices they tried to charge me. The owner should not hold a customer service job when I no longer wanted the sandwich and asked for a refund, he angrily threw my sandwich in the trash can and and told me to get out and used hand motions.
