Had a coupon that I clipped, did not expire for another month and they said they ate not accepting coupons at this time because of meat shortages. There was certainly no meat shortage there. I will be sure to avoid this place from now on. I rarely use coupons, and was excited to use it, only for them to not accept it. It was very LOW of them. PLUS, they have the audacity to ask for TIP on the screen. Pay your people more, don't ask for tips, it's rude. It's their job to be nice. Won't support businesses that ASK FOR TIPS for doing their job.

This subway ?l❤? Its a must visit! The employee's, they are like family, your greeted with a smile and a "Welcome to Subway" invite. Impressive is my first Impression ? The service and food service timing Impressive! ? The all around quality of food is IMPRESSIVE?? The management there is what you would want to see in any stores qualification, Determined ,hard working, dedication , the drive , the ability to handle more then what is asked of them, and the growth and reputation of Subway in a whole. It was a great dining in experience and the food is always fresh.

Went into this subway yesterday, as I have many times before. This time I have a coupon for a BOGO offer (2 for 1 sub) that was sent to me via the mail noting this location is the one closest to me. I cut this coupon out of the 12 or so on the page before leaving to go to the restaurant. As my son is ordering, the female sandwich artist sees that I have a coupon and asks to see it. I hand it over and then she says the following... "we don't take that coupon". I replied, "oh you don't take any coupons here, I'm confused as your store mailed them to me?". She then informed me that "Yes we take all coupons on the page we mailed you except that one". I asked again "are you sure, this is the only one I brought with me?", she then rudely replied "no", turns away, and makes my son's sandwich. I'm no Karen, but this was just poor customer service, long story short, dont send out coupons you dont intend to honor.

Ordered the Subway club today. Did not come with roast beef as the app stated. Nor did I get a phone call to address this issue before it was made.

The girl who was taking our order was very rude. She threw my change back at me, as well as the sub. Very impatient. They also put my toppings on the side and not on the sub.ALSO THE MEAT DIDN'T TASTE GOOD !!Will not be back. ALSO will tell everyone not to go there.The sub was terrible !! I am really disappointed in the lack of service provided.

As someone who's had to run a drive thru by myself, while training, during a rush, etc, I know how hard it can be to run a good drive thru but this store is amazing! The past few times I've gone they're so quick and friendly, never made a mistake. I'm very impressed with how quick they are y'all are awesome (:

This location is the absolute best Subway I've ever been to. The staff is very nice and service is great. Owner is here often and the manager (Carmen) is always happy to help. My order is always made without mistakes and the food is very fresh. Sweet tea here is also the best! I love this location and I'll always choose it over any other Subway.

of course it's good food, it's Subway. the only time I've ever had a problem was with the drive through. you obviously can't watch them make your sandwich when you go through the drive through, so a couple times one of the toppings was wrong/omitted. I order extra black olives and my sandwich came with none...so just order inside it's worth it.
