I decided to buy a home in this area and brought my dad down from Alaska for a week to help me look. I order a Venti Hot Mocha nearly every day of my life whatever city I'm in at the time. By the second day of our trip, the friendliest of friendly baristas was greeting me by name, sending regards to my pops, and she became this brief little highlight of the morning routine. Oh, and the Mochas were perfect everyday. Look forward to coming back soon, I've been to hundreds and hundreds of Starbucks all over the country, and this one will always be remembered as one the best, thank you.
As a regular customer of this establishment they always see to it my order is to my taste and the courtesy is always 100% I highly recommend this business for your anytime a day thirsty needs.

Took 20 minutes at drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of us. Then told to pull over in parking lot to wait for 2 coffees. After another 10 minutes I went inside to be told it would be another 5 minutes. Asked for my money back as I had to be somewhere and was only given credit for one coffee. Complained and she said...oh I'm sorry. This with 6 people working there. Place is a bad joke.
I was in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. The lobby was closed so I couldn't go in. I asked for an extra dash of cinnamon in my chai latte and when I took a sip I thought I was doing the cinnamon challenge. Plus after all that freaking wait my drink was luke warm at best. I'll stick to liquid highway for good coffee. Or coyote coffee.
This Starbucks absolutely sucks! I waited 30 mins for my drink and their only excuse was that they're new on the job. This is unacceptable. Hire better employees. Don't come here!
This Starbucks is probably the best in the Greenville area. There is often a long line at the drive thru, however, it typically goes quickly. They are dealing with short staffing and they are doing a great job. There are days they aren't able to turn on their mobile ordering or open the Cafe, it is not to inconvenience you. It is because they are unable to effectively work all three.People need to be kinder, you have no idea how hard these people work to get you your drink.I will continue to visit this Starbucks and even on occasion will pay for the car behind me. The world does not revolve around you, although this store makes your drink their priority.
This morning I was having a pretty terrible morning. Pulled out my egg whites to find this. Honestly made my whole entire morning. Whoever did this you are so appreciated! I am never disappointed when I come here ! The staff is AMAZING!!!!
Order ur stuff online ppl...help the line move faster...order on the Starbucks app then just pick up in drive-thru. Way faster for everyone involved
Don't waste your time with this location. They never have anything if you aren't ordering a basic item. And you can hear the joy in their voices telling you they don't have said item.
