Today we went to this location. We were told the stalls were closed by a women who was less than pleasant. We go threw the drive thru wait for 20 minutes to be greeted by yet another unpleasant women. After that encounter we pull around to eat. My mom's burger was literally cold like it had been placed in a refrigerator. Non of the food was warm. This place is absolutely ridiculous and the employees are awful.
Good food, pretty average overall. Service was quick and easy. I'd recommend it if you are looking for a quick bite.
It was okay to be honest I got some raw food there not real long ago and had to throw it out it was in a chicken sandwich. Just as recently I went by there and ordered three milkshakes and all they had were small and kids size cups it was kind of ridiculous so I'm going to give them a strong two stars
Love this place. There food is good. If you use there app they have your order ready in no time. The waiters and waitresses are very kind. This is my favorite place to go. They have the beat tea in Greer. I go just about every night. They deserve to be well tipped. I always tip them well.. they work hard
Ajana was at the drive thru and loudly exclaimed no ice cream or shakes. I asked if only the ice cream machines were down or all frozen operations; were they able to make smoothies or slushies? She said, "we not messing with that cos we don't have enough staff to waste time." If I could give ZERO stars, I would. SMH "wasting time" that's why people go to Sonic ?
Ordered Double Bacon Cheese Burger, Soaked full of Grease and awful taste. Watered down diet coke, only thing was good was the TOTS.
We ordered our food through the drive-through. We were behind a truck that had a dog in the cab. The drive-through cashier was petting the dog and letting the dog lick her hands through the window. The truck drove away. We were next in line to get our food. The drive-through cashier never walked away from the window to wash her hands. Before handing us our food.This happened on Wednesday evening between 5:30p and 6:30p on January 12, 2022.
Went to Sonics with a couple of friends and ordered 5 chicken tenders meal with Dr.Peper as a drink. The chicken was so dry and I only got 4 out of the 5 that I paid for and when I tried the the Dr.Peper it tasted so disgusting I don’t what they did to it. And the frys are so soggy. I give it 2 stars because of the fast service but don’t think I’m going to be coming to this Sonics ever again.
I went to sonic with a group of friends for some sonic blasts. Two of the blasts had barely any toppings in them and one blast literally had no toppings. When we asked for extras in a cup, we were told that we would be charged for the toppings, even though the blasts lacked in toppings. On top of this, they were out of multiple soda syrups and ice. I understand that they are understaffed, but problems with our order should be fixed at no cost to the customer.
Nice enough location for this chain. Slushy machine was down which was a bummer. They also missed an item but corrected it immediately. Will try again. Best mobile app for fast food by far.
