Placed an online delivery order at 5:12pm. Received the order about an hour later, missing an order of wings. First call: they said they would have the wings brought back out. 45 minutes later, still no wings. Second call: explained I’ve been waiting over 2 hours since the order is placed. Employee said she confirmed with the driver the wings were hand delivered. Explained again, I do not have my order. Employee HUNG UP ON ME!!! Third call: asked immediately for a manager. Explained the situation and asked for a full refund and cancel the wings. Manager proceeds to tell me I have to call again tomorrow and speak with the GM because he doesn’t have the authority to refund money… ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Completely poor service and even worse employee attitudes. Will NEVER order from this restaurant again. Does this look like I got wings?? Husband just called after going to the store and got a complete refund (thought you couldn’t give refunds?!) Trash franchise store.
maybe....Actually deliver the food that was ordered!! We had to call after 2 hours when our order still wasn't delivered only to find out that they ran out of pizza dough!!! They never called to inform us even after 2 hours, we had to call them for them to tell us what was going on. Sad and pathetic
Not much you can do the pizza is never that good. We order probably 2 to 3 times a year for convenience. It always leaves me having heartburn.

The people who where working was great. . But it also took almost 2 hrs to get 3 pizzas .. they could really use some help

My personal pan pizza was missing a topping. The large pizza was a little overcooked as well as most of the cheese was browned instead of just melted altogether and the crust was on the well done side.
The food arrived 2 hours after we ordered and was lukewarm. The pizza was chewy like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or thrown in a microwave to rewarm it
I ordered the triple treat box and when opening my boxes our cinnamon rolls looked like this. Yuck The door was sticky the roles were halfway done. Called the store and let them know what was going on. I was told I can get credit or they could remake my cinnamon rolls and they would be deliver in 40 minutes! No apologies or nothing. Terrible customer service!!
