The pizza reminded me of why I stopped ordering form Papa Johns years ago. Very dry and cardboard like. Worst pizza.
I am switching to the Papa John's at Pelham Place. Why? There are several reasons. My order was fast, hot, and correct. The employees are polite. Added bonus: They utilize the pizza tracker feature!! There's nothing more aggravating than the moment you realize 15 minutes ago your carryout order was ready, but the pizza tracker still says it's in the oven. That same mistake happens each time I order carryout from my old Papa John's. I can put up with that in exchange for some Papa John's pizza. I can also put up with getting attitude from teenagers, but not BOTH. Ha-ha! I'd grown so accustomed to the ways of the other PJ's location, my experience at this store was an upgrade! The employees live out Better Ingredients, Better Pizza AND Better Service at Pelham Place Papa John's.
I ordrered an Ny style pizza with pepperoni it came like a regular pizza. I feel this was fake advertising. Can pots pics to show it
I ordered a thin crust pepperoni add bananna peppers and a sausage peperoni cheese pizza thin . With two garlic dip and two buffalo dip, instead i got two cheese dipps. .large size pizzas . I was extremely disapointed the pizza was so thin and lack of ingredients you could hold it straight up, wasent nothing coming off them pizzas. The Greer location off wade hampton.. hmmph
Papa John's on Wade Hampton in Greer closes the lobby at dark (6pm, smdh). My pizza was ready according to the tracker but I had to wait in the car line for 15 more minutes. Not going there anymore.
I don’t think I have ever written a recommendation on here, and I don’t know if I will again. But the customer service I got today at the Papa John’s located at 3093 Highway 14 in Greer was unbelievable! It was like being at Chick-fil-A! I ordered via phone and they told me it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. I dropped in a little bit early and they had it ready. The young lady behind the counter greeted me with a huge smile and was so friendly! I worked in the service industry for many years and I know it’s rare to get recognition for good customer service. Whoever was in charge of getting me my pizza today deserves a raise! Pizza always makes me happy, but the friendly service made me even happier. Great job!
Food was terribly made will not order again
I will NEVER order anything from there, the driver delivered my order to who knows where and manager was soooooo unprofessional handling the whole situation, not even an apology, I ask for the driver to get the food and bring it back to me, and he's response was, "mam you are not getting the food for free" ughhh I PAY FOR THE FOOD, BUT SOMEONE ELSE IS EATING FOOD FOR FREE, seriously ??????.
Called in a pick up order. Order taker (which I learn after the fact is at some call center) overcharged me by 30% then asked me to pay over the phone which I did. Once I get to the store and wait over 45 minutes from the call in I see advertising that shows they way overcharged me. When I bring it up to the associate, she agrees that I was overcharged and then just shrugs and tells me to ask for a better deal next time and refuses to correct the situation. Uh, no. Maybe hire competent people that can actually do their job properly and not overcharge me by $10 THIS time. That would make me happy. Why is Papa John’s outsourcing their order takers ?????♂️??♂️??♂️
I'm sitting here now waiting for my pizza that was supposed to be delivered about 30 minutes ago. I called the store and I'm told it will be here in 10 minutes...which is what their tracker said 30 minutes ago. Their answer is "it's on its way" and "we don't have control over the tracker." I'm hangry at this point and wish I had ordered domino's. They deliver when they say they will even and its fast even though they're further away. If you can't handle the volume of orders, consider hiring more delivery people or be honest about wait times so I can make an informed decision about whether or not I want to spend my money with your establishment.
