The app doesn't seem to use PayPal correctly, it seems to connect to paypals servers but doesn't use any current information from the current year despite updates. Also the store says it's open for delivery until 1:30 am but despite struggling to pay for an order for 30 minutes without my physical card available. The store phone and the app shuts down at midnight exactly regardless of their listed times.
Got there early before pizza was finished. 7:54 paid. Was told by the girl in drive thru that my pizza wasn’t done yet and could I pull around. So I did just that and sat in front of the building for 40 minutes. She saw my car and looked at me several times. I watched other people who were waiting as well get there pizza delivered out to their car so I thought the same would go for me. Na, I gotta go back to the drive thru just for her to tell me I didn’t pull back through the drive thru! Like I’m supposed to be psychic and know that’s what you meant by pull around. Manager said there was nothing she could do and said sorry. Store lacks communication skills and structure!Next time be more clear on what you say! And you guys have my phone number instead of staring back at me give me a call!
My pizza was cold. The only thing that was even warm was the cheese sticks. Very disappointed in Papa John's.
Called in to the Greer sc location and got a call center and ordered at 6:15 pm for pick up. Was told I could pick my order up at 6:50. When we arrived at 6:50 we were told by thee manager it would be 20 more min. This has always happened when using this location. Will be using little Caesar’s from now on!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE.The people are nice, food is good, but you will wipe half your life off waiting for a single pizza. My life was spent as follows: Order 1 pizza online at night. call 40 minutes later to see if its ready - per employee "should be ready in 15 minutes".Drive to papa johns, see 8 cars in line ahead of me. Proceed to spend half my life waiting for these 8 cars to get their dinners. The problem is if you were the car at the window and your pizza wasn't ready, they were letting you sit there for 5, 10, 15+ minutes, holding everyone up even if their pizza was ready (since it was dark, they locked the door so you had to wait in your car). In other words, you might as well place your order once you get in line, and then when you get to the window if your pizza isn't ready, you can just sit there and be a troll holding all the other cars up for 20 minutes until it's done.Literally the worst process for a drive through. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS THEY FIX THIS.
I Placed my order at 5:35pm was told 97 to 107 minutes .At 7:20 we call this location after still no food and the recording said location closed. We layered called back and someone answered. Said our food was being made..Our food was delivered at 8:45.Had nothing to do with bad weather. My driver said that they were making carry out orders first, then working on Delivery orders. This is unacceptable. I should not have to wait almost 4 hours for pizza.
This is an awful establishment. Do not go here. They made me wait over an hour in the drive thru line. They wouldn’t pull cars up after they told me to pull to the back of the line. Horrible experience, never coming back
Left 42 dollars worth of food on a random porch on the property.I waited so long I fell asleep waiting and when i woke up i had to go looking for the food, pizza box wasnt sealed.Called store they refused to refund me. Manager was a huge jerk acting like refunds personally come out of their pocket.Do not order from here they dont stand behind their customers at all
I never want to blame a restaurant for an employees mistake. I understand how hard it is to get good employees with covid. But I went to place an order and had the worst call of my life. I asked for 2 large meat pizzas. Simple right? Wrong. I was asked 5 or 6 times why I wanted beets on my pizza and then they proceeded to read me the menu. I spelled M.E.A.T.S I was frustrated enough to hang up the phone.
Ordered online. Got here when order was supposed to be ready. Literally at least 12 people working here and still pizzas are being cooked as if there were one. The sad part is I just got 4 new tires to my car and they were faster than this pizza joint.
