The food quality has declined so much since the move into the new location. The past few times I have ordered, things were missing.Even the soup has changed. But the cost goes up. I understand about an increasing cost to run a business first hand. But you have to be careful were you make cuts. I won't be back after today. I paid over $6 for this Asiago breakfast sandwich.Panera used to be one of my favorite go to restaurants. Not anymore.
Everyone is always nice, the place is always clean, the food is usually delicious, but check your order before you leave to make sure all that you ordered is there and avacado is on your sandwich. I've had to go back a few times to retrieve missing items.I wish I could afford to eat here daily... Pricey for the portions.
Classic case of the food not living up to the hype.I thought I'd try the new spicy chicken sandwich, and was sorely disappointed. There were no fried pickles to speak of, just some "crumbs." The chicken was dry, and small. The bun was a bit stale.Honestly, this is pretty typical for his location. Salads are usually pretty good, but the sandwiches are usually so-so.
I hadn’t been to a Panera Bread in years but was recently invited after church. It was busy but we were able to get a table right away after ordering. The staff was super nice and the food was great especially for the price. I had the cheese and broccoli soup, very tasty and fresh. The half turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich was also super yummy along with the bread that comes with the soup. I’d definitely go back.
We have always loved panera, but this location just made our morning. We stopped in with our baby and everyone was so sweet and accommodating! They helped us get a high chair, find a comfortable place, and so many staff members came over and played with our baby. One of the staff members, Kyle, was especially kind to us.Just the best experience!!
They have great quality food & drinks at a fair price, for food that’s not loaded with artificial cancerous chemicals. They are usually very prompt. I have had a couple instances where the order was wrong or hadn’t been started prior to my arrival, but KYLE HENDERSON took extremely good care of us. He is definitely a great customer service type person and management material In that aspect, and everything I’ve seen of him when I’ve been there! (And no, I’ve never met the guy before in my life. Just like giving credit where credit is due)
Disappointed! I ordered two half sandwiches with chips to take on a hike with a friend. The bag was sealed, so I didn't look in it until we got to the trailhead, only to discover that there was only one bag of chips. It clearly said on the label 2 Chips. Such a small order can't be completed correctly? Not the first time I've been missing chips from this location. Check your bags!! The sandwiches were correctly made and delicious.
I love panera bread and always enjoy coming there but a bunch of us ordered lunch today and there were quite a few things missing from our lunches. I was a bit disappointed because they used to be generous on their portions and never forget anything. Overall the lunch was good.
I know Panera is expensive, but it's typically fresh. The service at this location is terrible. Orders are rarely correct, and it's never their fault. Terribly slow, and a the employees act like it's an inconvenience to wait on customers. Food is good but there is zero customer service at this location. Buyer beware.
