I had the nicest customer service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s in my 21 years by a employee by the name of Courtney Pike she deserves a raise 5 star service ???
The best McDonald's in the Greer area. I actually pass two locations to come to this one.. No matter the time of day my food is always made correct and hot. Keep up the good work

Finally took a break at 4:20 pm after sitting at my desk since 10:00 this morning. Went up the street to McDonald’s on HWY 14 and got a kids meal cheeseburger extra pickles. Can somebody tell me where is the beef? Angry? Not at all…did I need this cheeseburger? Probably not! But, McDonald’s and many many more restaurants have really fell behind in the hospitality and service department.
Usually a busy location, today was nothing different... they were short staffed but still managed to get the order right & without too much of a wait
Drove to this location with my daughter and ordered a 1/4 hamburger patty plain with large fries. I asked for extra salt packets with the order. Drove home with the order and gave the order to my wife so my daughter can enjoy her meal. I was later notified from my wife that the hamburger patty was heavily seasoned not edible, I returned home after a couple hours to see how overly seasoned the patty was, we didn't even ask for the patty to be seasoned. We called McDonalds to see about making it right only to be confronted with a very rude confrontational wicked woman. She did offer to replace the hamburger patty but at the cost of having to listen to her being rude and disrespectful.
Haven't eat there in five years but good today
