Very polite and respectful got mine,my dad's, and my significant other food to us at a great time pace. This team works great but can use some more people to hire. These people definitely do try their hardest to keep the customers happy while doing two things at the same time which is very hard to do when you work for a fast food restaurant I know because I used to work at one.
They said to pick a number once you ordered at the kiosk and they would bring the food to you. That never happened we were sitting at a table for over 5 minutes and went up there to look and the food was sitting on the counter. Tables were not wiped down and it was not clean in there at all. The only reason I stopped was because I had my grandbaby and she asked for French fries.
mixed emotions about this location, but look at this chicken deluxe sandwich I ordered and tell me this is right. there was a whole tomato on one side of the sandwich and the box was filled with lettuce and mayonnaise coming out the sides. plus now they rudely state that extra sauces are charged for as if that's not common knowledge (think: "extra sauces ARE NOT free. ANY extra sauce will be charged for!!!"). you're better off ordering from literally anywhere else at this point.Edit: I have also gotten a raw burger here. So that's bout as pleasant as it sounds.
Worst visit to any McDonald's I have ever made. Drive thru only, extremely long wait time. Person at the window could care less about service. I will not recommend anyone to go there. We ended up tossing or food out at home. All was cold or hours old products. Double quarter punder, chicken deluxe,and large fry. This place needs a top to bottom overhaul. Just to clarify we have over 25 years food service experience. Manager serve safe certified.
Food was barely warm. Cheeseburger cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were cold.?? Not good at all!!
Slowest drive through I have ever sat in . Come on folks it's called fast food not slow and wait forever . Cars leaving the line . 430pm . Not even dinner rush
Fries cold then I asked for hot fries and they gave me cold fries again. Very poor establishment for providing customer service. Also the drink was watered down. Going up on prices but going down on quality and service.
This place needs a new owner. They frequently run out of food. Their management stinks. Staff take breaks when there's 5+ cars waiting for service. If you have 30+ minutes waiting in line to get food that may or may not be yours, this is your spot. I live 3 minutes from this location but still drive 10 minutes to another McDonald's.... it's that bad. Stop hiring incompetent or addicted people and hire people who truly need and want to work!!
Whoever took our orders at the drive thru last night (Feb21/2022) at around 8:00 pm was so delightful, the young man that gave us our food was very nice too despite the delay. We had no problem waiting, those kids were busy in there and running that place! Props to them. ??
I really am disappointed in mcdonalds. Even though I love their caramel frappes. I'm going to have to quit coming to McDonald's in general. The service is horrible the food's always cold. Nobody smiles. It's like they work at the morgue
