Have been on email list for specials for awhile. During pandemic would get takeout since that was only option. Restaurants have reopened dining rooms-'here STILL CLOSED. I drive all day, I'd like to sit at a table for lunch instead of the driver's seat and steering wheel. Tried calling to inquire- no one ever answers.Not sure why they can't operate a dining room like Arby's, Wendy's, Jersey Mike's, Subway, Cook-Out, McDonald's, Burger King etc.
It’s had been a minute since I have ordered from LJS and I guess it be a while before I go back. If you pay $17.14 for a meal and a extra piece of fish and you get home and don’t get all your food. It’s not a good day most of all when you have worked 12+ hours. I tried calling back but nobody answered. I went through drive thur and it looked like the menu board was about to fall apart. I think it’s on its last leg.?
I did the drive through. I had fast, friendly, courteous service. And the food was great❤️
They have the best salmon bowl ever. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. This is the baha. The southwest has corn and black beans.
haven't had long johns in forever... will be forever before I go back. It was worst food and food poisoning I've had. I ordered a flat and was told the soda wasn't carbonated never told all the drinks wouldn't be carbonated. everything was over the top greasy and makes me queasy just typing this. drive thru worker didn't seem to know anything going on and just handed out extra food that I didn't order
Enjoyed fish & chicken platter with coleslaw, green beans and hush puppies. Service was quick and friendly food fresh & hot.Tef
Here I sit for 15 minutes now for $63 worth of food that none of takes more then 5 min to make, I’m a quick service restaurant manager, trust me I knowVery rude at the speaker, wry rude at the window.And still waiting now 17 min. 20’minutes and counting. 22 minutes, get home no hush puppies, not even one iota of crunchies. I had ordered a box. Chicken and pop corn shrimp was over cookedThe Mac and cheese was like it was scooped out of the cold bag and nothing on it that resembled the crumblies in its name. $63 g dam dollars!!!!!!!My last review of this location was outstanding!!! Best food I had ever gotten, now this, this was to feed my daughters family and myself so I had to deal with their disappointment too.This was a shame and again I am a quick service gm and I can say I have never ever had a customer wait 22+ minutes. The owners should be ashamed
My giving them -5 I waited for 20 minutes ask for a chicken sandwich plain they still put mayonnaise tomato and lettuce on it I asked for a side order of hush puppies did not get
Even though I love Long John Silvers ,, 20 mins sitting in the drive -thru was a bit much and they wasn't in a hurry to get food out to the customers
The service and food are terrific. Need to really support this business.
