If you go 2 hrs before closing time the menu becomes insanely limited. You're not getting what you want. Go early and it's good.

Online Quick Pick Up is great. I walked in and picked up my food....meanwhile there were at least 7 cars in the drive thru. Only reason they didn't get a five star from me is because of missing gravy for the mashed potatoes. Not a big deal but orders should be accurate.
The food was delicious and hot. But the hot wings wasn't ready.
Service was fantastic, food not so much.....I have never had burnt chicken from KFC until now- burned is being charitable, more along the lines of cremation was what happened. I'll probably give them another chance but it'll be awhile.
During a time when every ff restaurant has a Help Wanted sign posted& a lot of the poor service & bad food is being passed on to consumers, KFC is keeping the bar high. I have always gotten friendly, fast service & great food at this location!!

Ordered the chicken sandwich and it wasn’t fresh! I called them to ask if they are cooked to order and she said it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken and no they are not. I began to explain to her my chicken wasn’t fresh, and she sat the phone down without telling me to hold on and never came back. I have called 20 times and the phone is still busy. So I would not recommend coming here because the customer service is no good! I will be calling corporate on Monday!
