Well, have went to order from there and never had the. Finally i ordered, my expectations high, my thoughts of mall hibachi having my anticipation full blown!! Opened the box of the hibachiShrimp chicken and mushrooms with extra ginger sauce on the side and it looked amazing!!!!Opened my dumplings, dried out wontons that were trying to be crispy but didn't make it, or steamed ones that were old and or cooked too long.The hibachi although in appearance looked good was actually the blandest thing I've ever eaten, I'm a food service director and been cooking for 40 years and this is the blandest thing I've ever eaten, i currently work in senior care and my food for them has more flavor.And the “fried rice” well, its as iff all this was sitting on a steam table drying out, the chicken was almost saw dust and i dont know what that ginger sauce was but the only hint of ginger is in the name, just a brown congealed tasteless something. Waited all this time for a colossal disappointment. The only thing and i mean only thing remotely good was the shrimp, firm, good tasting shrimp. Food that looked and sounded good was actually bland tasteless fake hibachi. $40 for an entree and appetizer should get one a pretty good meal.Im extremely disappointed.Tasteless things pretending to be hibachi. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
loved the service here as the two young girls at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful in helping me place an order. highly recommend and will be coming again
Very affordable and fast, food taste excellent. They sell white sauce (yum yum) by the bottle and would recommend it
Horrible I got steak and shrimp. Vegetables were cooked to mush like they were pre cooking them and holding them in a pot. Literally got 5 pieces of steak that was overcooked. Rice was hard definitely won't be returning
Sushi tasted pre-made. Ginger sauce like jello. Never seen that, except the last time i went there. Everything else was good. Joy of tokyo on pelham road is much better. Actually both of the on pelham rd are much better
Just sat on hold for over 20 minutes trying to place an order. I listened to 9 other orders being placed. When eventually I tried to hang up and call back, they immediately put me back on hold. Then their phone system wouldn’t work.9 months pregnant and really wanted hibachi.
Got the steak and chicken plate. The steak was over done. The chicken was cooked to the point I could barely bite into it. It didn't even have teriyaki flavor. The broccoli and onions were overdone. The rice was dry. The only good part of the meal is the water.
Came for lunch not crowded and after getting food I know why. Highly overpriced for the quality of food. Ordered chicken and steak teriyaki style and everything was overcooked and tasteless. Great water though lol. Save time and money go somewhere else.I gave it one star only because it is clean.
only giving three stars because I called to place a pick up order and they declined my call several times. They could have picked up and placed me on hold.
Spicy tuna was not very good and the ginger tasted old.
