A little disappointed. First of all.... employees were very nice. I wanted my sub bread toasted and was told there was no toaster oven for that but they could grill it. It got grilled on the outside. When I got in my car, the entire sub was saturated. Why wouldn't you have the correct equipment to toast the sub bread ? Not very good to pay $8 for a soggy sub.
Ordered a giant 13 and the meat was shaved so thin you could almost see through it. I go to them for the quality and quantity of meat vs Subway, but this was on par with Subway. I understand trying to save few cents here and there in the current economy but this was ridiculous to the point of only tasting the vinegar and spices and nothing else. Not sure I would go back.
I visited this location today via drive-thru. My sandwich is wrong. The chips are wrong. The guy there said they didn't have the kind I wanted so they put in other chips without asking me which I'd prefer. When I rolled up to the window, they said they didn't have my order at first and then realized which was mine and that the receipt had fallen off the bag so they didn't see the name. I subsequently was not given a receipt. There were no apologies. The employees don't seem to care about customer service there. I love Jersey Mike's and get it often via DoorDash but this experience was horrible and has me re-thinking getting it again.
This place seems incapable of getting an online order correct. I've ordered many times over the past year ( even earning free sandwiches) and id say 90% of my orders have either been wrong or missing items. How does this keep happening when everything is right there in black and white? I've given them chance after chance but I've had enough, I won't be back.
I give them a 2 star because when I got home and by the time I ate my sandwich, they gave me the wrong one, which means the other person got my sandwich. They were not even busy. I can imagine how it is if they were. The girl didn't pay attention to me what I was telling her to put on my sandwich, she was ready to wrap it up.
I would like to say thank you to the manger Cory for stepping up and taking responsibility for my order that was not ready and was made wrong. I explained that I asked for all oil and vinegar and peppers to be on side of all cold subs on my mobile order. I had to wait for the whole oder to be completed because the bread had just come out. That was fine, but when the the stuff I asked for on the side was added, I was none to happy. Cory came right over apologized and offer to remake. I had to decline because I was already late to pick up pizza due to subs not being ready. He was very accommodating and understanding. He praised his staff and took responsibility. In this day in age when prices are all being raised be it subs or burgers. A lot of establishments are not standing by the customer. So again thank you Cory for making it right!!
Bread is always stale at this location.....I even asked for fresh bread. I been to Jersey Mike's all over the country. This one is my least favorite.
Good subs at a good price! The staff have always been friendly and welcoming!
I use the app to order and have it delivered. Many, Many times my order has arrived missing an entire sub, drinks, chips, cookies. Everytime I tried to reach the store about my order being incomplete, noone at the store answers.The amount of money that I wasted by not receiving my orders is rather sicking. I would highly advise against using the app to order delivery.
I prefer to use an app to order. It gives the restaurant a clear list of what I’m ordering and gives me an expected time to pick up my order. In the last 3 times I have used the app at this location twice it has not been ready when estimated (both times it wasn’t ready when I arrived 20 min past time) and twice the toppings on the sub have been wrong. I would never write a bad review on a single occurrence but this is a pattern. Attention to detail is defiantly lacking!
