1st time here we had a really good experience, Steven was the only waiter and he was patient and polite. He kept a check on us to make sure everything was good he kept our drinks refilled best experience I've ever had at a restaurant lately keep up the great work Steven !
Food was good as most IHOP's usually are, however service was very slow! The staff couldn't seem to agree on whose table we were and the waitress didn't seem to know the menu very well.
Been to this location 3 times. That’s 3 times to many. I’ve only had one bad experience with wait staff here however I had to get management involved in our service twice. The first time was due to waiting at our table for food for over 45 minutes only to be served cold food. The manager told us they were busy so she apologized. The only form of making it right was bringing out 1 plate of pancakes and said it was for the table to share. Second time we left because on our way in two different people told us not to come in and eat that food was horrible and the service sucked. The 3rd and last time, everything seemed fine we got a seat right away waiter was awesome food came out quickly and then it started. My pancakes had bell pepper and onions in them from the skillet. I just ignored that and didn’t eat them. After getting home within one hour everyone of us at our table ended up sick to our stomachs. Absolutely do not go to this restaurant.

If I can give 0 stars I would! They messed up my order 4 times now so I came here to give my review! I put an online order 3 times and all 3 they forgot my drinks! Did they try to work with me!? NO now I put another online order for pick up and I show up and they give my order away! Ughh food is always cold and they berly fill up our containers of syrups and fruit.This is the last time! They used to be really good and now I don't know what happened. I don't recommend this location at all. It's best to travel a bit further and go to another.UPDATE: AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF AND GETTING ATTITUDE FROM THE HOSTESS THEY STILL FORGOT 2 ORDERS AND AN ORDER OF PANCAKES!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Service was terrible. The lady working the door was very rude. Waited 39 mins ro get our food. Will not be back. No management that I could see or atleast anyone that cared about the customer. The owner needs to spend some time at his restaurant.
Far and away, one of the WORST sandwiches that I’ve ever had. I would rather have had an MRE field ration like I had in the USMC. I ordered the Jalapeño Patty Melt. NO jalapeños, NO cheese, NOT toasted. Couldn’t finish it. Not one complete onion ring. Got a bunch of squished 1/2 rings. Lastly, was given a plastic knife and fork to eat it with. I should have had Mylanta to drink instead of OJ. And this disgusting excuse of a meal cost me $15.00 WITH the law enforcement discount. Actually, it was $14.29 but when I paid with a $20 bill, I only received $5 back. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

According to IHOP, the 2000 we received 7 months ago is the reason no one wants to work. Considering we needed that money for past bills that mounted up during Trump's administration, do you REALLY think anyone has that money anymore? How about you improve the conditions and pay? Does the owners REALLY need that second vacation home? Your food sucks so your not paying much for it but charging way more than the superior quality of waffle house (yes, your restaurant makes waffle house taste EXCELLENT)TAX THE RICH. BURN IT ALL DOWN. RETURN THE POWER OF PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND MEANS TO THE PEOPLE.
