Their fries are still the best but they no longer fill the bag which is weird. They use little cups now, assuming to save money. The burgers aren't that amazing though. Its definitely a step up from a McDonald's or burger King but you could go to a burger place and make out better.Don't get me wrong, 3 stars isn't bad it's just saying this place is as expected: good enough, consistent, and open late.
Young lady on phone couldn't understand my order..I had to repeat it several times ( cheeseburger ketchup only , bacon cheeseburger mustard only , 2 small fries. ) it was still wrung up wrong. My bill was 34.61 for 2 6.6 oz burgers and fries. ----Although I ordered 3.3 oz burgers----not worth that kind of money. Its not that it wasn't okay...just not a 17.00 burger...for that kind of money I could have gotten an 8 oz NY strip steak, loaded baked potato , and salad with drink at the steakhouse up the road. It will be a one and done with this place. Sorry but its not 3x as good as Burger King. The staff was courteous and they cooked it well. Just overpriced by 10 to 15 dollars for what I got.
I visited this restaurant on April 9 and ordered two hotdogs with onion & chili for takeout. The guy didn't give me my receipt and I had to grab it myself. They didn't put chili on them and it didn't show on the receipt even though I ordered chili. They were drowned in onions and I ended up not eating the second one. The manager did offer me other items since the guy behind the register didn't give me a receipt but I declined. Also, I thought the price I was charged was outrageous. I probably will not go back to this place again.
Best burger from a fast food place!longer wait, but the peanuts are very good, the service is good, greeted when I walked in the door.Good food and good experience.
It was very busy, but the guys were extremely efficient. Managed to get all the orders out hot and correct. Always delicious.Would love to see some more Covid protocols in place, but I'll just stick to take-out for now.
We had a slight hiccup with a burger, but the guys were awesome and fixed the problem very quickly. Great burger and staff!
Five guys is my favorite Burger Place! What I love most are the fries. I'm a little disappointed that they don’t give out the amount of fries that they used to. You’re paying more but getting less. Five years ago it was vice versa. You got more but paid less.
We ordered on the app, it said it will take however long so we got there at the time it said it will be ready. When I walked in, I was told it would take 8 more minutes. 10 minutes later it was still not ready so I asked and I was told we are workingon it, after an extra 15 minutes it was finally ready. Nobody said anything for the wait, at least the order was right.
I like how you can customize your burger the way you want to. I ordered on Door dash app and selected pick up.
The milk shake was great along with the burger and fries.
