A wonderful group of folks that work there.
What a terrible representation of Firehouse Subs this location is. I came here from Jacksonville Florida where this chain began so I know the standard they should have.First, use a number system instead of people's names, unless the workers can pronounce it correctly. My name is Jan not Jane. I heard what I thought was Jane and asked did you mean Jan? Ya is the response I received. My order was already given to someone named James ahead and I was given his order. They eventually made the order correct.Second, what happened to delivering dine in orders to the table?I'll not be back to this location. Sloppy, no attention to details.
Very delicious. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients and good service. Definitely recommend.
I am so grateful that Firehouse Subs finally has a gluten free option. Although the sandwiches are made on shared equipment, I have been able to enjoy the hook and ladder. I do take a gluten pill to help process the possible gluten interactions. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is welcoming.
I have ordered from this store several times, with repeat dissatisfaction. I always order online and pick up in the store. The past time my order was wrong. I gave them another chance and my order was wrong again. I will no longer be giving this business my money.
Food was perfect made to order and I just love how they ask you if you want the pickle spear,(which I always do) lol
Placed an order online and went to pick it up, they told me I was at the wrong store. Once I showed them the online receipt they then found the order sitting at the end of the counter. The order was 3 sandwiches and three bags of chips with NO pickles. We got the sandwiches, no chips and everyone got pickle spears all over our sandwiches. Just threw the whole order in the trash. Called the store and the guy on the phone remembered exactly who I was by my wife’s name on the order even quoted my order to me over the phone and said you can just go to door dash and get your money back. No kidding but again how does that feed our kid? Now we are getting back out in the rain to go get something else. Thank you Firehouse Subs!
First the good. The dining room was actually open and available, and decently clean. The workers were friendly enough. We went with several friends and the workers took our orders in a timely manner, and everyone’s orders seemed correct.I ordered a large smokehouse brisket sub. When opened it, I was shocked. There was hardly any meat on it. The picture reflects one half of the sandwich. The other half was just as bad. I thought about just combining the meat from both half’s. It still wouldn’t equal a “normal” portion.I don’t typically leave negative reviews, this might actually be my first. And I do enjoy Firehouse, they make tasty subs, but the portion they served makes Subway look generous.
Ordered from here through DoorDash. Both of the sandwiches I ordered were completely wrong. Both of the chips were not the ones I ordered and my husbands drink deals missing. I know it’s not a fault of mine due to the receipt attached to the bag was correct. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. I’ve tried to call back for 30 minutes now and the line is busy due to it probably being left off the hook. I understand that things happen, but everything was wrong and they won’t even answer the phone to make it right. If I could give zero starts I would.
This review is specific to this location. I love firehouse and choose to drive an additional 12 minutes to the other location to avoid eating here. The sandwiches are fine at this location, but the environment and service are both horrible.
