Worse catering ever! The poppy rolls were fried and crispy, horrible. The grilled chicken was tough. Thank goodness I made my own sides. Oh the rice with the chicken was good. Never ordering from Fatz Greer again. I would have called and complained but I was just told no one could eat it!!! ?

We took our mother here for mothers day. There were 8 of us that needed to be seated. We had to wait an hour to get a seat. Then we were not able to all sit together. We ended up having g back to back booths. The rolls were great with the cinnamon butter. I ordered the grilled pork chops with macaroni and cheese, mashed red potatoes and coleslaw. The porkcjps were good. Couldn't eat the slaw, it was hot and tasted weird. My sister tried it, she said it tasted like maybe seafood juice was on it. The macaroni was bland and dry. Our waitress ,Bre, she was going her best. I guess they were short staffed maybe. But we had to ask for saucers ,for our rolls 3 limes Extra ice ,twice because there was very little in our teas and it was hot too. Extra napkin ,twice. Once we all got done ,we were waiting for our check for what seemed like 45 minutes. They really need to hire more staff. If possible. I realize it was mothers day, but the service needs to improve. There was a guy, that came while we were waiting and he didn't get his call in order until after we had been seated, that's like 1 1/2 hours. And it was all in one bag , that wasn't full.

Worst food ever, ordered marinated chicken, onion Cole slaw and steamed broccoli. Could not eat it, spoke with manager he offered something else, but why, my fried ordered 5 PC. Calabash chicken and received 4 small pieces. Will not return.

The food? Cant even tell you about it as my small party of 3 was even seated after waiting 20 minutes in the front lobby. There was no hostess and the restaurant was certainly not packed. It seems that the staff have no urgency when it comes to seating people. There were also 2 other parties, 1 of 2 and the other 6 that were waiting to be seated. After being told 1 time after 12 minutes that someone will come along we never saw anyone else take care of any party. Horrible customer service. Won't be coming to this location again.

Came in and had a good experience from the start. Nora both sat us, and waited on us. She was very polite and even informed us of a special. Nora accommodated our seating request, and was able to seat us right away. Restaurant was clean and we had a lovely seat in a booth next to a window. We would enjoy sitting with her again. This was my first experience at this Fatz since moving to town, from Augusta, and I am quite pleased.

This is a comfort food go to for me. You can expect large portions served quickly. Time is taking a toll on furnishings the waitress take good care of you. If your hungry stop in you will not leave disappointed.

I was quite disappointed in my experience at this establishment. I've been here a few times. The wait to be seated was not bad but however it took 40 mins to get the food. The quality of the meal was bad this time. Shrimp was fried hard and calabash chicken seemed soggy with oil. The rolls where wonderful as always. Observed the hostess clean a table without any type of sanitation.

My salad makes me so sad!! For an entree salad it is 1/3 full with no croutons or cheese (2 kinds come in the salad). The take-it door is locked and the hostess was sitting I’m on a bench texting with no visible desire to be there. First & last trip here.

Let's start at arrival. Came in two other tables with diners. At least one was waiting for bill. Two women at bar It took 10-15 minutes before we saw another employee. This was @ 5:pm. The fish batter still batter on one side of fish it was mushy fish not flaky the shrimp were over fried to point of hushpuppy looking. The rolls were still gooey inside. Not to mention cukes on salad were slimy and over being kept and too it off it took forever to get out of there

The last few years it seems to be hit or miss with Fatz Cafe in Greer. My wife and I went last night 2/19/22, and it was an absolute hit! Our server Ashleigh was absolutely fantastic. Such a naturally kind and helpful personality. She had the perfect mix of attentiveness without pestering us. Not everyone in the field knows how to do this. Kudos from us! She DEFINITELY deserves some special recognition from Management. Then onto the food. It was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. The cook(s) did a fantastic job. Overall it was definitely a pleasant experience. Kudos to all.
