I am a big fan of avocado toast so when I saw it on the Dunkin’ menu it was a wonderful surprise at 5:30 AM. It was good, I’d recommend adding bacon I think but it was a good quick bite for a breakfast snack.
If you want ice coffee this is the place to go when you are at the airport, seriously. Chick-fil-A is not allowed to serve cold coffee because of some type of agreement Dunkin’ Donuts has in this airport. Go to the store inside the airport and the only ice coffee to go you can get is Dunkin’ Donuts.Service was fast, only issue I have is the people making your drinks have gloves which is great but Bryson who takes your order does not have gloves and when he is writing your order on the cup puts his fingers around the top and inside your cup to get a better grip when writing. Turns you off but too early to say anything lol.
Never open on time , when they are open they have the rudest staff ever. Every weekend for the last two weeks it’s been horrible- the guy that works there in the morning cannot make coffee to save his life! Grinds in the coffee, half and half was curdled and slow as molasses! There was a girl that ran this place and it was great always open on time, coffee was good now it’s all gone to crap since whoever took over! I am now forced to go to crappy Starbucks!
My egg sandwich was not heated properly and was room temperature at best.
The girl that was working there was not very friendly
Rude, awful people. Ten minutes before someone took my other. Then stood there another five minutes before someone told me they don't accept Dunkin pay. Extremely unprofessional.
Normally I go in on Sunday morning and get a dozen donuts the same dozen every Sunday, this Sunday was busier than normal and on this Sunday they are out of one type a doughnut that I normally get. I ask if they had any made in the back? The cashier goes back and looks comes back and says no, another person speaks up and says let me go look I'm assuming its the manager. This person comes back with 5 Maple cover donuts. I say I will take all 5 even though I just purchased one dozen. I am then told that I can only have 3. I ask why... so others can have the last 2 was the answer.... this makes no sense to me. You want to sell donuts what does it matter who buys them? You might want to up your par. The end result is I left with the original dozen and am not sure I will return to this location. I know it sounds petty but basically I was told I wasn't important enough of a customer to get the last of that type of donut and they wanted to save the last 2 for someone else....
We had been shopping in the area. Kohls. Home Depot, etc. Thought we would stop and bring home a dozen donuts. We went in to the store to pick out our order. I am not able to wear a mask (Had no problem in aforementioned stores). Manager came at me like a lunatic as I did not have a mask. (Health) This was a TO GO order. My husband had on a mask - I had a napkin on my mouth.... She refused us service and acted like we had contaminated the entire environment (Even though we never even got near the Plexiglas! She refused service to my husband whom was wearing a mask. Not a Friendly Place! Left embarrassed and in tears! Advise? Stay Far Far Away!
I'm just not a Dunkin' fan. Their coffee is OK, but it's not 'Buck worthy. With the opening of the wonderful new private Escape Lounge in GSP Airport, I doubt I'll be back.
It's good!
