Huge bummer of an experience at this particular Dunkin’.Went through the drive thru with my family and upon arriving home with our meal, found out they forgot an order of the bacon avocado toast, no big, just ran back out to get it. The wait for this one order took longer than getting our first much larger order and not only that, it’s the saddest looking bacon avocado toast I had ever seen or gotten. They didn’t add the sesame salt and I’d say “toast” lightly, it was barely warm.The service and attitude could’ve been better all around. Like I said, a huge bummer of an experience here. I enjoy going to Dunkin’ but this was a let down today ?
I went to order a coffee. There was no line and no customers inside. Three staff were working and insisted we had to order online because they were understaffed. How many staff are needed to make an ice coffee? So, I opted to walk through the drive through because that was open. They did not respond to the speaker, but as soon as I said, "I'll walk to to the window and order" Dee replied, "we can only take mobile orders for safety reasons." That's such a shame, especially because there were three employees and 0 customers other than myself. Honestly, just such laziness.
Super inconsistent product quality. You can order the same exact drink every day straight for a week and it will taste different every single time. Do not order DoorDash from this store they consistently mess up orders. The last time I doordashed from this store I ordered a iced chai latte with an extra espresso shot and I received literally a cup of milk over ice. No espresso no chai. Only reason it doesn't get a one star is when they get the coffee right it's really good but thats only 25% of the time.
My friend and I met there to chat and both got drinks while we were there. The seating area was very clean and well stocked and the bathrooms were adequately clean. I ordered an iced latte and it was well made and tasted great.
No one wants to start their day off with a drive thru person that has an attitude and eye rolls every time you ask a question! Then the manager is just glaring at you in the background like I’m wasting their time. Trust me folks take the time to drive to Dunkin’ Donuts in Duncan! They are happier, repeat your order back, and tell you the total before arriving to the window. Also they smile a lot more!
I come through and order a med vanilla latte every single morning. From time to time things get messed up, no one or business is perfect. I understand that.However, this 1 star review is because my order was messed up and when I asked for them to fix it. She looked at me like I was dumb and said she would add the vanilla. That was fine with me! Then I was riding down the road and took a sip after it cooled off slightly and no vanilla was added.The 1 star review is due to the cashier lying.
The most irritating thing is keeping (most of the time) the indoor section closed. In the morning before work it’s not often I have enough time to sit in the drive through which is usually wrapped around the building so I started ordering ahead on the app and picking up inside. Then one day I try to pick up and can’t get inside. No time to wait in the drive through so i paid for a coffee I didn’t get. They should at least role off the register area if it’s not open but LEAVE THE PICK UP AREA OPEN for mobile pickups. If I could ever find out who owns this Dunkin I would write the owner but the identity of the owner seems to be a big mystery.
Ordered 2 large ice Macchiatos with 2 extra double shots in both. They literally only gave me 1 espresso shot and nothing but milk after charging me extra for the shots. If I wanted to pay $13 for milk I would of gone to the store and bought myself myself 3 gallons of milk for the same price. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN!
Most disrespectful employees ever!! I will never go here again!! Employees will treat you like dirt not worth it will now be going to Starbucks. If you are looking for friendly people don't go here. They really need a lesson on how to treat there customers!!
Worst service and drinks ever. Ordered a iced latte which is literally nothing but a shot of espresso and milk and there's no milk at.all on my drink so idk what the rest of the cup is filled w..... Looks like black ice coffee, and I didn't even get my other drink I ordered. Will never order here again . Doesn't deserve one star.
