I took my daughter here this evening for a daddy daughter date. This was the first time I had been there after hearing from a coworker on how great the food was. My daughter wanted lo mein and an egg roll and she absolutely loved the egg roll. I ordered the lemongrass chicken and fried dumplings. The lemongrass chicken was good but not what I expected. The dumplings by far stole the show. They were packed full and so delicious! My dad wanted the szechuan chicken and so I got it to go for him. He said it was a great sized portion with a variety of fresh veggies in the dish. We will definitely be back again..

Calling this food disgusting would be an understatement. I ordered wonton soup and my friend ordered egg drop soup. My soup was delicious. If delicious means a salty mess that had slimy wontons filled with a single soggy chicken gizzard. I ordered beef and broccoli and my friend ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The beef and broccoli was a 1/10 at best, it was disgusting and had a metallic taste to it. My friends orange chicken however looked like wet chicken tenders doused in orange juice. I had a piece and it tasted like animal fat and human remains. The pricing was absolutely ridiculous, the prices from google almost doubled by the time we got in there. It was too expensive for the bad quality. Even the fortune cookies were bad, they were stale, and it tasted like the fortune cookie lost its fortune. If you value your taste, I am pleading with you not to eat here.

Wow so Rude! we tried this place 5 years ago and really didn’t like it. We were driving by last night and said lets try it again. I went into place a order to go I walked up to the front desk and asked if I could place a order to go. The lady said yes as I was opening the menu she leaned down and reached at something on the desk and I think she said what you want to order. I asked are you speaking to me and she turned and looked at me with the most hateful expression and said Do you see a phone in my hand! I was shocked I didn’t know if she was talking into earbuds or me? I just said no but I will see my self out! Guess we want know if they are any better?!?!

It's a really quiet place which i really like in my opinion. I really love the food here. The waitress is really nice, calm and very sweet to us. I will come here again soon :)

Rude rude when you address a problem. All prices subject to change n ? at the menu. Very expensive for quality and timing. Food was cold and when I ordered in.Never from pandemic day one, did any driver wear mask or gloves ? asked why and response..NOT REQUIRED! The gal with glasses at register was (several times) nasty-rude. She needs to get help with her abrasive attitude. Will never order from Dragon Den. Ashame, as Linda, the previous owner Never-ever had a problem..a very pleasant woman. Hope people read reviews.

First time eating here & my food was absolutely delicious! The lady that served us could not do enough for my son & l. I had the chicken lo mein, brocolli & egg roll. The food is so much more fresher tasting & so much better than China Wall on wade Hampton Blvd. Thank you so much for my wonderful experience!!

Had sweet and sour shrimp overcooked over breaded dry rice would not go back

Haven't ordered from here in a very long time. Called tonight an hour wait, ok no problem. Delivery guy showed up very nice, very friendly but no mask! We order food all the time. He is the first person to show up without a mask!! Anyway bill was way higher than anticipated so I callled back and was told they just raised all their prices $2 plus dollars per dinner.. appetizers a dollar or more each. Even that i would be ok with as everything has gone up, but dang update your website. What makes me really mad...The food was room temperature at best.!! Sweet and sour sauce watered down. They called their rice fried it wasnt it was plain brown rice that had been steamed! I guess they think people are dumb hahaha! When i mentioned all these issues when i called was told oh sorry.. so yeah.. oh sorry we will never order again. I did give 2 stars because the portions were great in size.

My family and I have been loyal diners to Dragon Den for over 35 years. My husband and I moved to Charleston over 7 years ago, and have never been able to find a Chinese restaurant that compares. Even with being 3 hours away and less frequent visits, the staff still remembers our names and my husband's favorite order. Their egg rolls and egg drop soup can't be beat, and I've never had a dish I didn't like. I highly recommend Dragon Den!

We had house fried rice with extra vegetables and MaLa Chicken with a side of zuchini. Food was delicious! Servers were prompt and accurate. We started with the sub gum wonton soup a favorite of ours. Full of veggies, chicken, & shrimp. We will definitely return.
