I ordered at 2:44 my pizza was in quality check from 2:57-3:39 . My pizza did not get delivered until 4:10 and it was ice cold . Called dominos I waited for almost 15 mins before someone answered. The guy that answered was extremely rude . He said that his name was Joseph … He has horrible customer service skills . This is the second time I’ve ordered and this has happened . I will not order from here again

After waiting over an hour I called to see where my delivery was. They said they knocked on the door of my hotel room and I didn’t answer so they left it in the hallway!!! (Why wouldn’t you call me? The year is 2022, we all have cell phones!) I never heard a knock and there was no food left in the hallway. I called to have my money refunded.

They delivered my pizza even though i am not in their delivery radius. Was denied by another other domino store on 217 W Wade Hampton Blvd, Greer, SC 29650 which is about less than a mile to where i reside. Fantastic customer service

Had carry out. Was going to get a medium pizza but the young lady who took my phone order told me that they were having a special on a large pizza and it was 2 bucks cheaper. Went with the large pizza. That is what I call great customer service. And the pizza was what you would expect.

Pizza burnt, tastes like flavored cardboard. Oven baked subs do not look anything like the pictures or other locations. Definitely not worth almost $30

Customer service was not good. The guy who took my order didn’t seem to want to be here. He touched his tooth then prepared my food without any gloves. The only seat there to sit and wait for my order was covered in debris and dirty. Not very impressed for my first time. Will not be going back!

Ordered online and the tracker said the driver was a few minutes away from my house. Then I checked back a few minutes later and they cancelled my order? Tried calling and was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer so I had to hang up. Still have no answer as to why my order was cancelled. Ridiculous that I was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Horrible service. will never order from this store again.

We ordered food over 2 hours ago! Shows it was quality checked one hour and 35 minutes ago but never left the store. Sat on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Completely unacceptable. Manager called to state he was the only one working and that everyone called out on him. Changed to 3 stars because it’s not his fault he’s working alone

Placed my order around 9:45pm, watched the tracker sit on “quality check” for over an hour.. finally got through on the phone and ended up speaking with whom I believe to be a manager. Leading up to my conversation with the manager, I was fine with the wait because I understand. Everyone in the service industry is severely understaffed. I get on the phone with the manager and he could not be more arrogant. He told me if I wanted quality food before the next few hours I need to come and pick it up. I was even okay with picking it up at this point, but the way he spoke to me was not appropriate for not properly taking care of a guest. He then offered to pay for our food, which I was beyond grateful for. Fast forward to my fiancé going in to pick up his food, the manager told him he’s lucky that he wasn’t the one he spoke to on the phone because he wouldn’t have given anything to him for free. The arrogance only got worse at that point and said a few other things that were not respectful whatsoever. I am SO disappointed in how this person spoke to myself and my fiancé. Piece of advise, laughing while being rude doesn’t cancel out you being rude.

This store almost never gets my order right even with special instructions I even tried to call the store to speak to the manager and the phone never gets answered this is ridiculous I will be calling corporate to try to get to the end of this
