We used to eat here all the time and it's went down hill! We waited an hour for food, waitress said only one cook was fixing food with a manager. We got the pasta, it was cold and no sauce on it! The chicken wasn't good, no seasoning. I didn't eat hardly nothing, took it home. We was disappointed the 2 for $25 was gone, best value. We had to get the 3 for me and it was the worse menu choices to pick from. The Salad was terrible and the appetizers to pick from was a joke also. We was was there about 2 hours because we waited that long. We used to come alot but after this experience and getting rid of 2 for $25, it will be a very long time before we return! Thanks Chili's, you lost some business, step up your game. I could of went home and fixed my own pasta out of a can for what we paid!
7/6/2022 - Regular patrons of this restaurant.This trip was gross. Floor was slick with grease. Booth chairs were very sticky, tablet for payment was filthy.Hot food was like warm.Cold salads were room temperature.If this was our first visit we would not be back. If there was another local chilli's location we would not be back.Hopefully next time we come here things will be better and they can earn their 5 star rating back.
Great service and food came out quick even on Father's Day!!!. We struggled finding a place to go out to eat with our big party. They got us in quick, server was extremely pleasant, food got out quick, mixed drinks and margaritas were amazing. This was my first time here but I'll definitely be back.
I just ordered curbside to go. I got a text saying that my order would ready at 6:45-6:50. As I get ready to head that way I received a text at 6:33 stating my order was ready. Got there checked in and at 6:50 it was brought out to me. I got home and my fries were cold like they were cooked yesterday. I only live 5 minutes away. So I decided to call up there to let them know I was unsatisfied. I Wanted to speak with a manager but how convenient they never answered!! I will Never eat there again!
The food was good but the prices on drinks out the roof restaurants need to quit charging high prices on drinks that just makes people go to water $2.99 for a glass of tea is way too expensive. If I can't have a good glass of tea with my meal without paying ridiculous price I will not be going back. What is a fair price a$1.49
Had a great time went to enjoy dinner and redeem my free birthday reward . Even tho I was solo My waitress Madison was awesome and very attentive . She helped me decide asked me about my day listened to my story of my deceased ex who loved the chips and salsa and basically made my solo date not feel so alone. Def recommend this location
The server was very good. However the meal was "average" or below. The best part of the meal was the ribs, soup and cheese curds, everything else tasted like it was cooked several hours before and then reheated. Some of the meals were cold. We had to send some items back and they still came back tough and stringy.This was a birthday celebration, kind of disappointed and embarrassed.
It's good food and the employees try to get out to curbside as fast as they can. I can't speak for all the food that they serve but the BBQ ribs are good, and the seasoned Corn on the cob is great. Never actually dined here but I have meet all the employees and they are kind and fun people who doesn't let work affect their mood, they are fun to talk to.
Been there five times in the last two months. The first time was great. The food was excellent. Went back the very next day and it was not as good. This is what we have experienced.1. A smell as you enter the building.2. Tablets and chairs were not cleaned properly.3. The floor was not cleaned food and trash on the floor.4. Staff needs to be trained before working with the public. Zero Personality Zero communication Zero motivation.I suggest that you close your dining and clean it!Then hire people that actually have communication skills.
Chili's is usually good, I've never had any complaints. Their food came out in a timely manner, it was good and hot, the deals you really can't beat. I give it a 4 star this time obviously if they start to decline in their service it will change as well improve. I hope they keep up the good work i expect good thing's from them to continue.
