They have a great thing going when it comes to the service and food
Excellent overall experience with this Chick-fil-a located in the GSP Terminal. Attentive and conscientious employees, rapid service and hot, tasty food and drink at an amazingly low price for airport food. Their dining area was spotless and roving employees even checked on me as I ate to make sure everything was ok. Outstanding!
This was maybe the worst CFA experience I’ve ever had. There was a small roach on the wall, next to the food, our order was incorrect, and our cashier, Niyah, was extremely rude.
So I am here at the GSP airport location and ordered the breakfast chicken biscuit combo while waiting for my flight. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful. When I ordered, I asked for some pickles on my breakfast biscuit and was told by another woman that pickles were unavailable. I asked why and she told me that they don't take them out of the fridge until 10:30. So the pickles are in the fridge, but you are too lazy to get some and add them on to one of the pre-made sandwiches you already have under your heat lamp?? I work in the industry and if the issue is as simple as get some out of the fridge, you get some out of the fridge because it is a paying guest. Has Covid really brought us down to this level of service?
Always good food, would be even better if they start having a kids Chick-fil-A Sandwich Meal, instead of having to order a whole #1 combo for toddlers.
Garden chicken salad and Grilled chicken sandwich very good.
My goodness I was horrified . Coffee was gross . Hash browns cold the yogurt parfait 3 blueberries and threw it out yogurt was sour . . I was so looking foward to breakfast before my flight . The worst ever. And no Sunfliwer bagels ???
This Chick-fil-a deserves as many 5-star reviews as Google will take! Truly, they were wonderful to our group of 20 students and 13 adults as we traveled through the airport.They not only took all 33 orders with smiles and joy on their faces, they walked the walk by speaking with the students and making jokes with our group leader, Mr. Matt DeHart. We were SO thankful to start our trip off with this wonderful group of people. They exuded excellence with every step.
