I work close to Chick fil A & the smell is much a little much to be desired. But my family wanted to go there because my niece likes their salads and so on... The people who worked there surprised me with authentic customer service skills and the food that we all got was very good ? we had 10 people in our group! Everyone was happy ? great job CFA team!
My chicken sandwich tasted over cooked and extremely dry. It was hard to swallow due to it being so dry. I asked for ketchup, BBQ Sauce, and a salt and pepper pack. I didn’t get any ketchup or BBQ sauce but I received enough salt and pepper to cause a heart attack. Also, no one that I encountered was friendly in the drive thru. This is not a good location in my opinion.
Not all CFA are the same. The is a great location. Food always served fresh & with a smile. The girls in the drive thru are on it. They also SUPPORT teachers during teacher appreciation week & this is a wonderful thing as some locations do not participate. Thank you Greer CFA on Wade Hampton Blvd.
I have always liked Chick- fil-A but for several months now the Greer location has had poor quality food. The chicken has been inconsistent. One visit thin next overcooked next doesn't taste great. The fries haven't been of good quality in months. Most of the time they are cold and undercooked. After several tries we have quit going to this location. Hoping they will get better management soon. Been a weekly customer for years but not any more.
I dont enjoy negatively impacting this store's ratings, yet I must so this post has proper gravity. There was a woman with short dark hair, wearing glasses and delivering food to the customer's at the drive through early this morning. Im not sure how to word this due to the rare occasion anyone working a job where customer enteractions matter heavily, but my final thought pulling away from the drive thru was demoralozing. If your demeanor projected onto customers is entirely negative, then perhaps you should move to the back of the house. Let someone properly skilled manage that station. I have had nothing but quality from this location until today.
Great food. Great service. Friendly employees. Can be busy but wait is not long. It is amazing how quickly they serve so many people fast.
Same great Chick fil A experience as all the others. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is always busy though around the usual times and this location is a bit of a challenge to get into to park due to the back up the drive thru causes.
I'm always amazed by the service and quality of the food. They are always crowded but get you through the drive thru quickly and efficiently.
This is a great chicfila.. Fast and great service. However it terrible they don't somehow cut off anyone waiting for the drivethru in the middle of Wade Hampton. Traffic is blocked down a whole lane to turn into this location causing a dangerous situation on the highway. It would also help if people would just see cars wrapped outside the building spilling into the highway and choose to go somewhere else.
I love Chick-fil-A and I hate writing a review like this but this is the third time I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A and my order has been incorrect. I ordered a Cobb salad with ranch and the chicken on the side, I was told that I would have to do a salad plain and an eight count nugget on the side (I’ve ordered this several times in the past). I just told him that was fine, all I wanted was my dinner. I get home and I have a five count nugget ( I did pay for 8) and NO salad dressing. Pretty disappointing.
