I could give no stars if I could bad management or who ever running this place in the morning at 7am on Thursday.. had me a 4 other waiting we the lady wall an order outside with am order did take no time to take our order when she was standing waiting on food.. people have places to be I thought that was fast food.. can't wait for the new spinx to open cause this bk had went down hill.....
Went through drive thru. Accidentally hit the curb a little with my car and straightened it out. Heard the employee at the window say “yo check this white girl out” I guess discrimination goes all waysP.s. sorry about hitting your curb Burger King
Lobby stays closed / drivethru only; EVERY visit is a 10+ minute wait with only 3 - 4 vehicles ahead of you.I understand the "short on help" scenario but it gets ridiculous.They really should pay better & maybe hire the kind of work ethic you see at customer based FAST FOODS
Iv been coming here for 5 years since I live down the road. Not sure if I want to come anymore. Probably going to tell others to not waste their time. Sitting in the drive through for 20 min is not fast food.
Lazy lazy people work here! Cold burgers!!! Never warm or fresh of the grill! Start making your burgers fresh!! And stop serving trash! Or get a different job!
Place had only 2 people working! Still was faster then McDonald's.. Food was on point hot ? and fresh. There was understandable HELP Wanted sign on the door ?. Of course the dining area was closed due to low staff. Major props to the young girl working the drive thru and and the gentleman in the back cooking. Couldn't imagine the stress they were feeling.
Every time I come here, the drive thru line is long and it takes forever to be served. Today, 3 customers have pulled off after a 20 minute wait and I was still sitting at the speaker waiting to place my order after another 10 minutes. After not hearing anything after asking for a response 3 times, I pulled up to the window only to be told they're no longer taking any orders? Inside or out because they have to catch up on their orders? There was no one else in front of me by then and like 3 cars in the parking lot. What's going on at this location??
These guys are rude. Every time I’ve came over here, which isn’t very much, I’ve waited 10 minutes or more each time for my food. They are always rude, they barely talk to you, they get mad when they talk fast and you can’t understand them.
Went on lunch break. Kamilah was pleasant, got my order right,and the customer ahead of me had to send food back. By the time I got to the window Kamilah was changing her gloves. Apologized for my wait! She was awesome
I was greeted inside by a gentleman at the 101 resturaunt in greer sc by a male that told me the lobby was closed drive thru only so i walked ti the drive thru because i was staying at the hotel next door and dont have a car he never answered me at the intrrcom so i proceeded to walk to the window where he told me it was drive thru once again and would not serve me....
