I hate to give an ice cream place 5 stars because it's just ice cream but... This place has a ton of flavors. The prices aren't too high. The proportions are too big. The flavors taste good. They have lactose free milk. They have blasts!The only ding I can give it is the seat situation is bad but I just use the drive through if I go. There's a few benches but it's on a cement pad which is weird because it's hot as heck in the summer here. Not idea for buying ice cream and sticking around.
Located in a very busy part of town. Usually busy on Summer days. Employees are friendly. Ordered two scoops of chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone in drive thru. Had to wait behind one other customer who had a larger order for about 5 to 10 minutes. When I received my waffle cone ice cream it was VERY soft, like soft serve, not real ice cream, and on the verge of being a milk shake. I was nauseous later after eating it. Definitely not returning. Not worth the $5 I paid.
We were in the drive thru before 9:00 pm. The car in front of us ordered, we pulled up and they never asked for our order. Then they turn the sign off while we are waiting there, still before 9:00. Wouldn’t not look at us when we pulled up to the pick up window and wouldn’t answer the phone. Bad business.

We love stopping at Bruster's for a delicious dessert. Fresh ice cream made daily, with lots of different flavors to choose from.
They always make it the way you like, even when you deviate from the original on the menu, good I've cream and good people
Closed an hour early. My daughter wanted ice cream and begged for it. We got there well before closing. Lights still on. They ignored us just turned off the lights!!!!
Ordered a couple shakes and pulled up to pay yesterday evening. Lady asked if we want to tip as soon as I handed her our card so I said sure. Kinda wish I didn't because one shake was only 2/3 full and second did not have chocolate syrup in it. The whole reason we even went there was because I was craving chocolate. Also, handed them to us with ice cream dripping down sides of both cups. They were friendly though so that's at least something.
This was my first visit and it was great! I ordered the warm apple dumpling sundae and it was amazing. There are several windows to order from so it's a bit confusing to know which one to go to. I just walked up where there was another customer ordering.Quick an friendly service, I'll be back again!
The attire of the women were horrible. You had a young white lady with a hoody on whose shorts could NOT be seen. She didn't acknowledge my daughter nor myself when we were ready to place our order. The Caramel Apple was out and our waffle cones were stale. They had no crunch to them and they tasted like cardboard. The cashier hesitated to provide cups although she saw our ice cream falling off the sides of the cone. She also acted as if she were paying for the PLASTIC spoons out of her paycheck. We ate the oreo ice cream but threw our cardboard cones away. We used a BOGO coupon so maybe thats why we received the horrible service.
