Always a pleasure coming to to this Bojangles. Despite that I come through at 5am. The drive through lady is ALWAYS kind!
The food small. I ordered 3 thighs, and only one of them was of decent proportion. The other 2 pieces were smaller than wings. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Ordered a 2 piece white meal and received a 2 piece dark meal, and also ordered a chicken sandwhich that looks like it's been sitting in a warming drawer all day. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are very quick, even if they are giving you the wrong items.
Boberry biscuits are good if you can get some made fresh and some milk to wash em down the roasted chicken bites are going to be my favorite kinda chicken from Bojangles and the seasoned fries and dirty rice are the best sides try it and say it's not true
Last night l ordered the chicken sandwich combo and l had also gotten the breast/wing combo.The dining area was closed so l had to order in drive thru.As l ate my chicken sandwich , l realized it tasted funny and their were hard bones in my sandwich, it looked like someone had put a chicken thigh in my sandwich.l hadn't eaten all day & l just tried to just eat it anyway but it tasted horrible and my fries were bad.l called Bojangles & the supervisor told me to come back & they would replace it.l get there & she tells me it will be a 5 min wait and to pull up.l pulled up 10 mins passed by , l finally had to go back in the drive thru line and waited another 10 mins.They replaced my sandwich, wrote on the receipt that l could come back to get another meal.My stomach was hurting the rest of the night, l gave the rest of my food away.l will not order from Bojangles anymore.
To many kids cooking food terrible old food hard fries old sausage. Half the biscuit gone hard old breakfast biscuit at lunch?????Dammit!!!!!
Cant get gravy biscuits after breakfast ???? You have gravy and biscuits all day but you cant throw them together after breakfast. This is the only Bojangles that does this. Do better
Food was good. Service was good this time. Service varies greatly here, sometimes they are fast and accurate, many times they are neither. They are still drive thru only, so I don't eat here as often as I used to.
BE CAREFUL!!!!The black material in the pictures could be mold or some type of harmful material from the restaurants Ice machine or tea container. I noticed it in my cup AFTER I finished drinking my tea. This is beyond disgusting and this could potentially be harmful to me and other customers.
Fries looked and taste like it was cook the day before. Chicken was cold and old. Biscuits was also old. Customer service sucks. Never will eat there again.
