My dad ordered me a breakfast sandwich #2 for takeout and it was supposed to come with bacon, egg, and cheese but was instead a slapped bacon and egg with no cheese at all. It was a little disappointing but I ate that it reluctantly… my drink on the other hand was even more disappointing and disgusting when I opened the lid and found a mysterious particle in it that looked like a speck of dandruff. I will think twice before ordering from here again. ?

Order was incorrect, forgot the cheese on the salad, customer service was just okay

For a newer restaurant they are fairly quick. I've had 0 problems with my orders and th3 staff that I have encountered has been pretty friendly

This location I drive by on my way to so I stop for breakfast. Fast drive through and friendly staff. Great food too!

Spent good money on an order that was not worth it. I ordered two 2 PC thigh and wing boxes at the drive thru. When I get home and opened the boxes, the chicken was so dry and very small. Looks more like pigeon thighs than chicken. I will not go back to this bojangles for anything but breakfast sandwiches.

On the 4th of February I d taken a friend to the Dr on S Buncombe Rd. We stopped at this particular Bojangales for a quick bite to eat. The lady running the drive-thru was one of the most kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of the most kindest peopleid ever met. Her words definitely lifted my spirit and matched her attitude . She is a beautiful asset to this business and I'm sure that this is her disposition everyday. Giving this lady 10 stars and I suggest giving her a well deserved raise!!Janice M. Salters

Normally, this Bojangles is great. This morning, the fries they gave me seemed like they were from the day before. Everything else was just fine, but those fries were so bad I bumped this down to 3 stars.

Not bad but the drive thru lady had a bad attitude and my Bi rounds were as cold as a wedge!

I have never had such a fiasco like I had here. The guy taking my drive through order managed to mess up my entire order. It wouldn't have been so bad if he hadn't lied to me about the wait time too. I order a large sweet tea, (light ice), a sausage and egg biscut, a bucket of chicken, and 6 boberry biscuts (that were 3 minutes away from being ready). What I received was a medium unsweetened tea, a bacon,egg, and cheese biscuit, a bucket of chicken and 17 minutes later 6 boberry biscuts. Not to mention when I said something to the person that finally delivered my food they said we can't fire him because he's the GM's son. I sincerely hope the GM sees this review because I most likely won't be going back to this location for quite some time.

Told after I ordered that they only take cash when I get to the drive thru window and I would need to come inside to pay with a card and reorder my food. Really this is something you should tell people before they place their order and wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. If this is a corporate store they need to step in and help them out if it’s a franchise the owners need to show up and help their staff.
