The drive through takes forever. I waited 25 minutes in line with 4 cars ahead of me. This the second time this has happened. There are better Bojangles to visit besides this one.
Worst bojangles I've ever been too. It is run so poorly. It took an hour just to get a biscuit. The owner should be embarrassed of how badly this place runs. Don't come to this place. They take an hour just to make your food and it never changes. It's always bad service. The owner never makes the necessary changes to speed up the service. You shouldn't come here and maybe the owner will care enough to fix this places bad problems.
Beyond 30 minute wait and they didnt even have tenders at the ready. So I was told to wait, after 30 minutes of waiting. Do yourselves a favor. Go to the Bojanges near the entrance to BMW the staff there seems to take it seriously more so than these folk do. Its worth the small bit of extra time. By now Id have 8 orders from them by the time it takes this Bojangles in particular to get 1 order out
This place really needs new employees and managers. I sat at the drive through one time and just drove to the window because no one ever asked to take my order at the microphone. Then when I got to the window the kids, and I say kids because the have no professional.
I sat in the drive thru for thirty minutes before I was able to escape. Once you get in the drive thru you can’t get out because of the curbs. Thirty minutes and never got food . Sad...
Why has the location not opened the dinning room ? Other locations have opened the dinning rooms back , so customers can eat inside and not in the parking lot ! This country needs to open back up or it will fail !
Horrible service 25 minutes to get through a drive-through with 6 cars in it ridiculous open the Is lobby. Just about every Sunday I come up here to get biscuits and I have to wait 20 minutes to go to the drive-through when is a enough enough who gets held reliable Looks like I'll be going to McDonald's
Very slow. I ordered dirty rice, none. I didn't place the order for pintos. I got to the window they had a pintos. Then waited 15 minutes on our food. The last trip to this Bojangles.
Very professional but the dining room wasn't open which is inconvenient because the drive thru line was so long hence the 3 stars. Food was hot and excellent.
