Really surprised this place stays open. Usually the meat is thin that’s the way it was ……..ask for horsey sauce they give me 2 plus 2 other sauces I didn’t ask for ! Try to give it back right then snd she can’t take it. I say well next time maybe just give out 1 …. She says it’s ok …. I’m sure the owner of the store would not agreeAnd hey how about giving out 1 napkin with each order instead of none
Don’t go to this one for dinner, staff is awful and they’ll actually ignore you while you’re ordering and talk to their coworkers until you leave.Awful awful customer service, ended up going to Cookout instead last night.
The food tasted good, however, there were two large fries in the order and both were about half full. No dips or sauces were included, just two straws and a few napkins.
Ordered three sliders a small fry with a large drink, was told to pull alongside where I waited for 16 minutes. Then I noticed other people getting their food that had showed up behind me, which were also in park waiting for their food. So I walked in and my food was under the heat lamp not even bagged yet. Finally before I left one of the employees came out to my truck and asked if this was my classic Arby’s sandwich.
Got a roast beef sandwich made of THREE SLABS OF A MEAT TYPE SUBSTANCE that looked like nothing in any arbys ad or any sandwich I’ve ever had at any arbys in the past. The crinkle fries were soggy, and the large order was less than 2/3 full w part being curly fries. AND they were running a limited menu. Now I know from past experience (2 yrs ago) this arbys sucks. Some things never change!
I couldn’t believe it but my sandwich was stone cold and my bread was burnt. It was quite a wait to get it and I understand that. Just not the quality. So sad but I will never be back.
Good fast food, always pretty decent. Nothing special but pretty good overall.
Usually we are satisfied but the last two visits they had signs that read they were short on different menu items making it difficult for them to be able to still move onto opening the restaurant and continuing on without those menu items. Apparently for more than just a couple days too bc my two visits were stretched apart a monthly distance of about two months. I hope things are back up and running smoothly real soon!
Just came through my neighborhood Arby’s fr lunch the young lady with colored pink and blue or some colors with base blond handed me a bag with our order. L glanced in the bag and did not see any sauce. So I asked the young lady looking her in the eyes and said is there sauce in the bag? Her reply without hesitation was a resounding YES looking me in my eyes. Got home no sauce now I know she is a liar so if I go back to this store I will sit and verify that she is telling me the truth. Young lady all we have in this life is our integrity and based on this experience you have none. Thanks for the chance to explain my experience
Amazing service! The girl was so nice I thought it was a recording when I first pulled up. Definitely one of the better locations.
