Got dinner at this arby's. I can honestly I'm very disappointed. I ordered the number 4 combo large. The meat was raw and my large fries was the same amount u get if u ordered a small. The other combo that i ordered for my better half the bread was burnt. The only thing that was done right was the mint milkshake. I've been eating at this arby's location for years and this has never happened. Most likely want be going back to this location.
Stopped for my favorite food and was highly disappointed!! The young lady that took my order was very pleasant. When I arrived to pay for my food it went south way south. I was by myself so who would hand someone by themselves 3 large drinks with no carrier? I got my food and had to ask for ketchup and Arby's sauce again. My 2 double classics were in the bottom of the bag with 3 LG orders of curley fries and a Buffalo chicken sandwich on top of them.Needless to say my sandwiches were smashed flat. My curley fries were not even warm muchless hot. I expect that if I get home and they are Luke warm but not when I'm pulling out of your parking lot onto Wade Hampton. I own a business and I would never serve anyone smashed food with Luke warm fries NEVER!! This is besides the fact that it cost 34.00. Thanks so much for ruining my supper, your the best!!!
Clean, polite and fast, but the sandwich assembly is often bad. I have had multiple times where I ordered a market fresh sandwich, ate 1 half, only to find that 90% of the meat was in the first half and now the second half is bread, condiments and lettuce.
Easy in....easy out. Fast, efficient service in a clean & pleasant setting. Good food, too!
Great when you don't want another burger! Love their original roast beef sandwich!
Funny, I reviewed this store the other day and decided to go there again the next day. Wow. I usually go about once a month for me and my family. They screwed up my order, HAHAHA! Gave me two apple turnovers instead of cherry. The Turkey Bacon Ranch was literally dripping onto the table, overflowing in the wrapper. My wife, made a HUGE mess. Instead of two large and one curly fries, I got one large and two mediums. The 2 for $6 roast beefs were OK. I requested Arby's sauce and Three Pepper sauce, got Horsey sauce instead of the three pepper I requested. The drinks were correct.Just over $40. I understand they work very hard to get each order right, and covid, staffing, and supply chain issues make things difficult,
The food here is always fresh and hot. Arby's bref and cheddar w/ crinkle fries are my favorites. Faut curtious service.

Wow. What bad attitudes from the employees through the drive-thru. I simply ordered two sandwiches and drove around. The employees were clearly angry that they had to wait on a customer. My food was all but thrown at me through the window with no thank you before closing the window and getting back to their conversation. No wonder the place is dead on a Friday at 800.
The hours posted online said that they opened at 10 AM when I get to the store made a wasted trip because they were closed at 10:20
