I came to Andy’s for the first time, take spirits their worlds famous custard. I decided that I wanted a hot fudge sundae, and I was excited about it, but I received my sundae with almost 0 fudge I went to the south to ask him from for fudge telling him that I didn’t order a vanilla ice cream I ordered a hot fudge sundae. They said this was their normal size which is very minimal but they could charge me extra. It’s kind of unique because I could’ve gone across the street to Culver’s and purchased a hot fudge sundae for a fraction of the price and receive what I wanted which is a hot fudge sundae. Know for next time.
The service is great and fast. My only problem was that the custard was melting so fast that I had to rush to eat it. So I really couldn't enjoy it. I can now say that I had custard at Andy's.
The product is great! Sitting outside in heat is miserable. You want me to drop $20 there when the temps are above 80° create some indoor seating. While I prefer Andy’s I can have an ice cream inside at DQ and finish it before it turns to milk. Create some inside seating and I will happily give you FIVE STARS. Until then….you deserve only three.

The only reason I’m giving this a three star review is because The ice cream was actually really good. The service however was horrible . The kids there do not know what they are doing and they will not try to help you out with any accommodations. For example, and I asked for a waffle cone for a certain amount of ice cream, and they basically said they can’t put that in a waffle cone. So I asked to pay for a cup of ice cream and to purchase a waffle cone separately and she acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. So then she charged me for a waffle cone and then refused to give it to me and said that that’s what she has to charge us. I also asked her for another item and they were out, but said they were only doing those for to go orders only. Very unprofessional .
The wife and I like to go here for a treat quite often. But our most recent tonight was unacceptable. My wife asked for a cup of vanilla custard and a cone on the side. What we got was opposite of that and and a noticeable response from the girl at the window that she was irritated by the request. Then the she handed it to another girl and said she couldn't because she was again irritated at the request. Come on you can do better!
