Great customer service!
Why cant this restaurant get it together? I have been before years ago when everyone was so friendly, the food was hot and well prepared.. now it is so ran down, employees that are half asleep and seem terribly bothered to have to take payment/hand you the bag and food is soggy/cold to the point I wont risk going back to get that type of service/food. Hopefully they can get it together before it becomes another abandoned food place. I used to go here several times a month.

Unfortunately didn't have the best experience today at the A&W drive through. I asked for a burger: they said they were out. Then tried for the chicken tenders and they were also out. Had to settle for the coney dog which ended up being soggy and didn't taste fresh. The root beer also had no ice and was lukewarm.
We ordered a 16 piece meal and they left out the hush puppies. Spending that much money, they should at least check to make sure they have given you all your food
Terrible!! With terrible customer service to boot. Would definitely not recommend anyone wasting your time here. Waited for 20 minutes on food that wasn't even hot or fresh.
Love the little sides menu.. they pleasant and the food was fresh!
Would certainly recommend trying this spot. Awesome character, delicious food, fantastic service. I recommend this place.
