Just don’t even waste your time. Zaxbys used to have standards and this location is a prime example of what it’s become-trash. Order taker talking on FaceTime instead of listening to my order and messed it up. It’s not like zaxbys is cheap so you should at least make an effort to get the order somewhat right. Then you talk to the manager who just tried to rush you off the phone after hanging up on you and claiming it was an accident. Get it together, seriously. I don’t know if this location is franchise or corporate, but either clean house and start over or just close the location down. Such a shame.
Had a very interesting experience tonight at the Zaxby’s drive thru. Miangel was very nice and funny, I loved her, and the other new girl who took our order, but when we got to the window the girl named Gaby just slammed the drive thru window in my face after asking me what I had ordered. Literally as I was speaking just slammed the door closed lmao.
The worst ever drive thru! It makes no sense that somebody has to wait almost an hr in a drive thru on their food. You sit and wait 20 min before you get to order then when you order its another 30 min to get to the window just to be told to pull forward for another 10 min to wait. This is supposed to be a "fast food" place yet there is nothing fast about it. The line stays backed up to the road with people steady leaving because they are so slow. Somebody needs to get this place under control because it used to be so much better than this.
Zaxbys has stepped up their drivethru experience. Last time i was here it took me 35 minutes of sitting in the line just to get to the order board. They now have employees standing outside restaurant to take your name & order as soon as you get in the que. ( Like chic fil a) much better this time. Only took 18 minutes from time i gave my order until i was rolling with my food. Love the food hate the long line. Maybe it will continue to improve once they open for inside dining. I was still missing dressing for 2 salads. Same thing happened last time. No utensils to eat with a to go salad
Always like their chicken - hot, freshly cooked. Love the seasoned fries because they are always hot, too. Hate cold food when it is supposed to be hot. Only complaint: bread to much garlic or whatever seasoning & greasy.
Zaxby's is Zaxby's what can you say. I always enjoy their blu salad. We've eaten there a few times service is quick and they are helpful.The restaurant was clean. There was a place to see it and the crowd not too bad.Parking lot was accessible and easy to get to.This fast food restaurant was a highlight compared to the many who have lost their. customer service.The restrooms were clean.We will frequent this place.My wife always gets the chicken strips and fries. They are hot and fresh.It's a good place to have a good number of people in your party.
I ordered boneless chicken and French fries. I received 9, count them, 9 French fries. That is one more than Kelly got. I feel special and loved. I WILL be coming back for more. Yum yum chicken, one more fries. I love Zaxbys!
Ok, I got hooked on Cobb salad, three times I stopped at Zaxby's and three times I got three different versions of Cobb salad.Oily hard as a rock chicken and they never got the order right.They still owe me two packs of blue cheese dressing.
The food here was good and was my favorite fast food in town for 10+ years. In the last year, you'll spend 45-55 minutes in the drive thru at 1:30PM with 8 cars in front of you. Lunch time is even worse. They will be out of most wing sauces and give you strips on your kickin chicken the size of french fries. Then when the teeth sucking starts when I ask to pay for 2 cups of ranch... Be more like Chick-fil-A in ALL aspects.
Fast and friendly i always like whe. I eat here I never have issues.
