I paid for my food, was given my drinks, then was told to pull ahead I waited about 8-10 minutes for my food I ordered a chicken nugget combo meal and a baconator fries they brought a bag of food out and it only had my nuggets in it I told them I had more in my order and they said "are you sure I don't think you did" I showed them my reciet and they said they would get I waited another 10 minutes for the rest of the food. I also asked for extra BBQ and ketchup and that of course was bot fulfilled.
11:24pm march 6th after waiting in drive thru for 20min and waiting at the order stand for 5min we only accept cash. I want 3 free meals for a waste of time
Usually I have no problem when I go to Wendys. But this particular night about a week ago. I pull in the parking lot and one of the kitchen staff. A lady to be precipitated. Had her apron on standing outside of a car. Kissing and petting what I hope was her dog. I've worked in many restaurants before and I know. Policy says you take your apron off before you walk out of the kitchen. Not only is that nasty it's unacceptable.
Food was fine. Dining room was 50/50 clean.Watched 2 employees go out to smoke right by the main door. People had to walk through the smoke going in and out. When they came in, they proceeded straight back to work in the kitchen. NO washing at all.Nasty
Went in to order. 5 people in line for 12 minutes before the girl mosied on up to take 2 orders and then disappear for another 5 minutes before coming back. Never see such slow service. Wasn't due to lack of workers, kitchen was full. Front staff was just taking its sweet time doing nothing.
I like the food and from time to time you get good service however, the young staff care more about playing and joking instead of providing an enjoyable experience for the customers. Wendy's also rarely has good deals on their food outside of the Biggie Bag.
Service is slow. Never know about the food - sometimes hot, sometimes lukewarm or at worse cold.
I picked up a lady and she wanted Wendy's..her order was great..she really enjoyed it
I have $50 on my digital account balance. I get denied every-time I come in because they clearly don’t know how this works!! Educate yourselves. And stop refusing customers saying payment denied. YOU have to enter the code I provide you. I’m contacting Wendy’s customer service! I’m sick of this BS!! Don’t offer services like digital pay if you don’t know how to use the system. Rude workers
Love going here. They have 3 young people that are great and always nice. Two female and male. They are hard workers
