will not be returning since teri is gone. do better Starbucks. she was your best employee. it's not the same nor will it ever be the same without her! good luck replacing her!!!!
I'm disgusted to see that Teri is no longer with Starbucks. I've lived in Greenwood for the past year and the atmosphere that was provided was amazing. it was so worth waiting in a line wrapped around the building. I normally go to this location twice a day. It's not just the coffee that's a pick me up. it's the experience. I've recently moved to Spartanburg but travel to Greenwood to see my friends where we all meet at starbucks and drink our coffees and catch up. but not seeing the same joy in that store is unsettling. I could easily go to Aromas down the street and will unless Teri comes back. I don't understand why this person would be let go, considering she was a staple of that location. what a huge financial risk. Me and my friends will absolutely be boycotting this location until she is reinstated. She is easily talk of the town with how bright and caring she is. I'm disappointed. #bringteriback
The drink I got was not worth $5+ dollar's. And the employees didn't wear gloves and the guy who works there kept touching his face and rubbing his nose. I was praying to God that he didn't touch my cup or I was gonna ask for my money back. But seeing that none of them are wearing gloves I won't be returning. Until they get more sanitary.
Stopped by to get a quick coffee. I was the second person at the counter. After 25 minutes waiting I finally gave up and walked away. They obviously prioritize drive through customers. Wake up America, not only do they serve expensive, sugary drinks but service is even worse.
Decided to mobile order on the app and pick up inside so I could get my drink quickly and the store had closed the lobby for a store meeting and still allowed people to mobile order and pay for a drink but not be able to come inside and get it. A manager opened the door and yelled at me to get in the drive thru line because I have was standing outside calling and I could see my order on the counter but I had to wait in line for 30+ mins and I was late to my own work meeting. Super inconsiderate and my drink was watered down by the time I got it because of the wait. I’m so disappointed.
Bit of a long wait but just because they were busy. Very friendly staff. Tasty products made like we asked.
Clean.Great staff, very friendly. Hard working.There were alot of to go orders going bot out of the window and picked up through the door.
I drive almost 20 miles just to come to this Starbucks. Everyone here always has a smile and they have never gotten my order wrong. I also enjoy their egg and sausage sandwich.
Very supportive staff when I was going through a very hard time living at the hospice house with my husband. They know me and always lift my spirits! A+++++++++
The baristas are excellent! Occasionally ( 1 out of 20 drinks) my drink may be missing something that I requested to be added in, BUT they always fix the issue quickly. Great Starbucks location!
