This is the second time in less than a week that my order was wrong or missing . Tonight I paid for my order and got home only to realize that a whole meal was missing from the bag . I immediately called back and their answer was “ we’re closed but you can come by tomorrow to get the missing items “ . Mind you gas is $5.00/gallon . I’m livid at the lack of accountability. I think this may have been my last trip to sonic .

The only issue I have every time I come is my sauces. I order them on the app. 2 adult popcorn chicken meals & a kids chicken meal. I asked for 6 ranch (happy to pay for them) and a order of mozzarella sticks. No sauces again. When I ask for them I get 2 of each. 3 nugget meals & 2 ranch doesn't quite cut it. This is the 4th time I’ve gotten no sauces & barely any when I let them know

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and cheese and bacon and onion rings and a double bacon cheeseburger no tomato and onion rings. The chicken sandwich was as if someone heated it up in the microwave. Chicken was dry the bacon was burned and it had no Cheese. The Burger had tomato and my Girlfriend is highly allergic to tomato's so we couldn't eat it. So that's $22 down the drain. Yall really need to train your staff to put more care and love into what they do because we have to eat this food and we should get what we pay for and not get our food handled any kind of way. And when I called up there I got hung up on and then no one answered when I called back.

Grace was awesome and pleasant and I might have ordered a shake, as I am tired after 18 hours of work and scouts meeting so I might said something wrong but she corrected the mistake and refunded the money. I used it for her tip. I appreciate her fixing it and not making me feel like I was making her job harder when I prob mumbled my order. She was very nice and pleasant and a great employee her positive and very bright spirit is just really great and lifted my spirit stay just being a presence of somebody that was happy and smiling I think she's a great employee and very great with the customers

I order half and half lemonade and un sweet tea get no ice and sweet tea

After thinking I placed my order online, but didn't. The young lady was very helpful and polite.

Who doesn’t love Sonic? How could you not? Also, my daughter works there, so it makes my experience even better to go there. The only problem is that you can’t leave a tip if you pay with your debit card. Everyone uses debit cards these days, nobody ever has any cash on them. This makes it where these carhops don’t make hardly any tips. People give them change for a tip. That doesn’t add up fast. I always try to tip my Carhop at least $10, sometimes more, because most people don’t tip them at all bc they can’t leave a tip from the debit card. So y’all don’t forget to give these kids a good tip when you have cash on you. The look on their face & the big, “Thank You” when they realize you just gave them a $10 tip, it is PRICELESS! So make someone’s day next time at Sonic.

The food was appetizing but the wait in the Drive-Thru was outrageous. And there is no way to get around cars when you want to get out of the parking lot.

Hamburger meat cooked so hard the edges of the meat turned to carbon. Was to hard to even bite through. ? other than that the rest was ok.

Today was the best in service in 2 weeks. I waited 30 minutes one day for 2 teas..4 cars ahead of me. I'm hoping it is just short of help.
