We were leary about coming here because another site showed a 2.5 rating but we were pleasantly surprised by the fast service & great food! I would come back!
Patty did a wonderful job. Our food was great! The oyster Rockefeller was fantastic and my husband enjoyed the mussels. Wonderful evening. The only disappointment was the manager came by the 2 tables in front of us to ask how things were looked at me and did not say anything but sent Patty over and did not see her anymore.
Drink order took way too long to fill, portions were small and in the case of the clam strips, inedible. Incredibly underwhelmed with product.That being said, waitress was polite and accommodating, but for 130.00 dollars, I expect a better meal. Won't be back.
Greenwood SC location. Both ordered flounder dinner to go. Both were disappointed with the crabmeat stuffing. More like cat food. The reason I give 3 stars is the salad and rolls were good.
Great food and experience. Wait staff was amazing and the new manager Brittany has really gone above and beyond to ensure the customers are well taken care of.
Food was half ok...some was cold and the rest, while it tasted fine looked like it was thrown together just so it could get out the door. I understand it's Valentine's day, but thats not an excuse for making me wait almost 2 hours for food (an hour at home and another 45 minutes AT the restaurant) that's not even prepared to a level I'd personally be willing to send out of the kitchen if it was me doing the prep.
I was there with a group for a birthday party. We all ordered our food. I was the second one to order. And they didn't fix my food. Forgot about it. So they put in my order again. I ordered the popcorn shrimp and got it and it was so hard I couldn't eat but 2 of them . The cold slaw had a funny taste to it. I got home and I was sick. This was the worst food from Red Lobster I ha e ever eaten.
I had vowed to never go back to Red lobster, but my wife talked me into it one day and when I did, I was odd and amazed at the most wonderful experience I've ever had in a restaurant! I credit 99% of that awesome experience to my server Ariana. She was young bright-eyed with a beautiful smile knew her menu she knew her stuff and if she had a question, she found the answer right away! I would follow this server to any restaurant she worked at, she was just that good at her job! So kudos to you little girl and I wish you a long and wonderful Life and I have no doubt you will be running your own restaurant in no time! So go to Red lobster in Greenwood and ask for her and I guarantee you the best experience of your life at a Red lobster
Hey - Red Lobster... Stop "MAKING" your customer's use that stupid little black box to pay the check. Some of us take exception to that and for you to "require" your waitstaff to answer for it not being used makes the customer the bad guy - and wait - aren't they the ones you are counting on to keep them employed $$$ ???Food was Great...Service was pretty good... I will be back... But will not use that device.Send the manager out next time!
The crab legs were so good, the hostess was very polite. But our waitress Amber, she was simply wonderful. Very polite never once let our cups get empty. Thank you for a wonderful experience
