I've only been here 3 times. My 1st 2 visits were really nice, but this last time was a ball drop. The food was good but the service was slack. From the greeting to the personal service...she just forgot about us multiple times. I gave this 3 stars because of the fabulous service I've received the prior 2 times. Hopefully, they will wow me again, if I decide to go back.
The food was awesome but what made the experience so enjoyable was our server! She had a positive attitude and came to check on my table multiple times. Her name was Jada and I believe she also manages occasionally
I usually call in my orders during lunch and Latoya is always a pleasure! She has served me several times and besides having an amazing attitude, my to-go is always accurate! Aside from my rave review of Latoya :) the food is delicious! Chicken tenders, prime rib sandwiches, the house salad with honey butter croissant, and cheese mashed potatoes are so good I find it hard to try other items.
Finding no food or drink at our hotel we searched for dinner and found this charming restaurant with excellent food and great service.
This was our first visit sadly, as long as they've been in business, but most definitely won't be our last. Service was phenomenal, as busy as they were, but food was worth the wait. We tried a variety of items, all of which were excellent.
We were looking for a little something different on the way back from Greenville. Found it! The atmosphere was really nice. We ended up sharing several items off the menu. Very pleased with the she crab soup, very pleasant flavor with plenty of crab. The prime rib was wonderful, a real treat. Unfortunately the stuffed baked potato was barely room temperature. Didn't say anything about it unfortunately. I'm sure they would have done something about if I had. The staff were young but very nice and helpful.
Our waiter Ryan was awesome. I give him 5 stars. But the food wasn't spectacular, soup from a can and underwhelming club and my husband's sandwich didn't come out with any thing that was advertised on the menu. Ryan had to being him lettuce and tomatoes and such for his sandwich on the side. We had a pleasant experience, but the food was overpriced at 64 dollars when I could have made it way better at home for much cheaper ?♀️ I didn't expect to be blown away by any means, but I expected better food.
Service was great. Abby was our waitress. The steaks weren't cooked according to our request, (asked for medium well And medium but steaks were all cooked well) but we didn't complain, just noting to double check. The croissants are THE BOMB.
I do not recommend this restaurant at all! My daughter birthday was set on March 10. Her birthday was reserved for the 15. I had a nice young lady by the name of Mrs. Jesse, no problems with her. Our reservation was set for 6 pm. We waited and waited about 25 minutes. No seating yet! The waitress say that she was waiting for a table. Really?? And we had it reserved while y’all let other customers go before us! So we asked for the manager, and oh my goodness he had an nasty attitude with a spurk look on top of that! He did not try to help us find a seat, he told us that it was 2 years ago when they did reservations, with an attitude! So we left and went to O’Charleys. I never had an encounter with a manager with a bad spirit like him! His attitude was like’, oh well! And we said oh well we going to O’Charley’s! Oh by the way Mr. Manager if you consider retraining your employees, I suggest you start off retraining yourself first! O’Charley’s would be a great retraining for you! Never again! R Place 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Sorry for the photo. I got too excited to eat the prime rib. Great food. The staff is always courteous and do a great job.
