Staff was friendly and chopped my green peppers up for me. Pizza was good!?
We all expect higher prices, without complaint, the pizza was good. What I didn't like, was walking in to pay and pick it up, and the debit card screen asked me how much tip I wanted to leave... this is happening everywhere and it's a disgraceful display of greed to the world. I don't pay a tip unless I'm actually served, in a restaurant, and you do a good job refilling my water and serving my food.
Always delicious! Love mobile ordering with progress tracking! So very convenient. I was able to stay in my car until notified my order was ready!
There new New York style pizza is the best I've had since leaving Brooklyn, NY.

Terrible service , will never ever order from here, pizza was not fresh at all, advertised as NYC pizza total fraud it was cold and dry. If you want quality Pizza in Greenwood and excellent customer service go to Migs, NY Pizza and pasta or Pizza Hut they all 3 have better service and hot fresh ingredients. Customer service is the life of a business and Greenwood Papa John’s doesn’t cut it the manager is very mean.
Ordered $70 worth of food from the Greenwood S.C. location on 72 bypass. Wife hot it home to find the toppings inadequate and what was on it, just thrown onto a piece or two. One pizza wasn't even cooked all the way through, the inner dough was sticky and quite moist. The papadias (2) weren't any better, both were overcooked to the point of being like a lays potato chip, and the meats,that were inside were about half that of their other sites we've visited, let alone NO cheese whatsoever.Waste of time trying to call and Waste of so.eo especially hard earned money.
At any one time there are like 30 ppl working in there! Fast and deeeelicious?
I ordered a pizza online and it said approximately 15 minutes it would be ready ! Got there in 20 minutes later the manager stated “oh itll be about 6 minutes your order been up there a while i just haven’t paid it any attention” then proceeded to mark my order picked up in my app but mind you ik still sitting here 15 minutes later with two hungry angry kids waiting on my food while i type this review! Highly unprofessional
